Best kfc kroonstad
Kfc kroonstad has the best service. While on the long distance bus we stopped there and the manager made sure they are up to speed because we stop there for 15min. We need a manager like that in all kfcs

Bolt hires abusers
Bolt your driver insulted me for canceling the ride. He said he arrived at the location on the app but he was nowhere near me and after 5 minutes he arrives and starts insulting me for canceling the ride. You need to create a pin like Uber that allows the driver to confirm that he has arrived by entering the pin from the person that requested otherwise youre allowing abusers on Bolt.

Intercape the worst nightmare
Bus:244 Im in intercape bus😪 bfn to Welkom there was no aircons and it was extremely hot so people opened up the windows and asked the driver to turn on the aircons a bit. The driver put the aircons on full blast and it we felt like we were freezing. Another passenger asked the driver to turn it down a little and he ignored this person. When we got close to Gauteng at a 1stop garage we complained to him and he laughed us off. When I was at wimpy he came to me to tell me that when the aircon was off we complained and now we are complaining again when its on full blast. I tried calling intercape before this and the guy said he needs a ticket number even though I gave him the bus number, I told him I booked online and I dont have the ticket number or do not know where I can get one, he then said he cant help me. WHY DO THEY NEED A TICKET NUMBER TO TELL THE DRIVER TO LOWER THE AIRCONS? They better pray that me and my daughter dont get sick!

Cosmo city chicken licken
I dont know when you'll teach your employees what good service is. Cosmo city chicken licken is a joke. Ok ask me my order while you're busy talking to your colleagues about nothing to do with my order and making me wait unnecessarily long and then call me to come get my order then chat with your friends some more before you hand over the order. It's a joke! Close down if you cant train your employees.

Cosmo city debonairs and milky lane are the worst
Debonairs Cosmo mall has the worst service. Today really drove me to the edge with them and milky lane. I cant wait for pizza for over an hour and even when it's out of the oven you'll have to wait another hours mxm! Milky lane has to learn about good service is. The lady who was making ice cream knows nothing about customer service.

Standard bank keep up with time management
Standard bank has the slowest service ever. It's not only the branch im currently sitting at as I type this but I've banked with other banks except fnb and I can confidently say that standard bank is the worst... Be prepared to sit hours. They help one person then take a break and then help another and take a break....
