I recently made an error when making a payment using SnapScan I added a extra Zero I contacted SnaoScan who sent me the contact details to arrange for a correction However the organisatiion involved will arrange for me to receive a refund
The Standard Bank Fraud division were so efficient in recovering an amount taken from my Credit Card without authorisation for something I hadn’t purchased. My replacement card was at the bank branch within a few days
I bought tickets through Quicket These tickets are not refundable However Quicket offers “REFUND PROTECT” I paid for this “protection” The reason for purchasing the tickets for the Slapstick was to treat my children and grandchildren who were coming from the UK Due to the new travel restrictions they cannot come and all accommodation reservations have been refunded REFUND PROTECT offer no Terms and Conditions on the Quicket booking site that I could see. Only a box to tick I have sent copies of the Air Tickets and whatever documents they requested. However Pandemics/Covid are not covered for return of monies In other words it’s a scam and Quicket should NOT offer the option of customers paying extra for “protecting the refund”
The reason I’ve given a poor rating is because Vodacom persist in sending the SMS offering games I reply STOP The automated reply confirms Vodacom will no longer send the Offer Yet it keeps coming How do I get them to stop permanently?

My husband bought me an orchid for our 53rd Wedding Anniversary on 27 July this year as he has done in previous years. About a week later I noticed flowers dropping from the plant Then yesterday I remarked to my husband that it’s only 3 weeks since he bought it and we are used to the Stodels orchids lasting months. So today I took the plant in and without any fuss the orchid was replaced. Stodels say they guarantee their plants and they’ve proved it This was the Milnerton Branch
Forex Department at Canal Walk Branch has only ONE person to attend to clients and no manager in sight as he/she would have seen what was going on if they took the trouble to look. As a result I was kept waiting 90 minutes to collect the Foreign currency which I had ordered.The client ahead of me took 90 minutes to conclude her transaction, my transaction took 10 minutes. It is TOTALLY and UTTERLY unacceptable to waste clients time in that manner In future I shall make other arrangements when I need to purchase foreign currency .
My Voice time on Vodacom is being chewed up by a daily charge of R7.00 from Basebone and Mobistar also R7.00 Total R14.00 per day I called ********** 630 today Saturday 20th Jan 2018 and requested UNSUBSCRIBE I would also like my MONEY back ,
