This heartless **** of the company MFC unwittingly approved two cars under my name, and could barely manage to keep up with the installment. I called several times to ask for payment reduction, I shared proof of my income, and still they rejects my request. how can I afford two cars when all both installments equate to my salary . They are just senseless, insensitive and have no care about their customers. I decided to sell the car which still came with a shortfall of R115000 , that MFC require, that really dropping my credit and I am not able to apply for anything. I want this shortfall to fall off

MFC approved me for two cars which they themselves do not understand what happened. They are not able to assist with the matter. I can barely survive and resort to asking mfc for the reduction on my installment, which they do not want to. I am not able to pay for two cars and want the reduction to be done before the next installment which is the 20th of Feb
Their services are pathetic , no help ever comes unless they wanna debit money. Rain mentioned I owe then R74 and when I pay my services will be active. I paid and requested termination of the services which they acknowledged via email. After few day this **** of a company says I am owing them money for whole month' subscription. How do I owe money on a canceled line.
Good day Sunday 5th January 2020, around 8:30 am ; I went to Sasol garage at Monavoni centurion next to mall@55 as my car needed coolant Guy put in anti freezer then added water which I wasn’t aware then that it was wrong The car over heated 5km away from the garage and required me to switch it off , Called bmw and they towed it to menlyn auto They fixed it and it was ready for collection on Wednesday 8/01/2020 and was told that to never put water in the coolant tank nor use anti freezers from garages And cost amounted to R4200 , Got receipt for proof I want this matter to be given fair treatment as the garage attendant costed me money
it is becoming utterly unprofessional and nonsense now that I have to wait for the order for this long yesterday they kept me waiting and none of them came or even informed me ; Status even today "Order #WC7759 was placed on December 3, 2019 and is currently Processing". this is becoming annoying .
I am unable to port fnb sim card to any service provider , FNB blocked that , this is **** as you can only recharge using their app , its been weeks whilst trying to port , to this day , no success , I am fed up , I want this number to be deactivated on their network
I joined gym on false information - in centurion , the manager there told me they will investigate the matter and get back to me , since then I was not able to gym as access was denied . I sent and email on 7th August , till now no response and they handed my account to attorneys ; this is simple - can I get the membership cancelled and my name removed from those attorneys ? -
can absa make my card work asap , how can they issue me with a card that does not work , but everything was activated in the branch , i put in petrol at sasol monavoni - card says " transaction not authorized " - I was never been this embarrassed before - I had to call my spouse to come and pay so I can be able to drive my car - I called fica - they said they have done everything by 26 sep - but I still cant use my card
