Good day Steve Madden , I have been trying to reach to you out with no luck . I made an online purchase 2/3 items were delivered . The last item to arrive was not what I had ordered I received shoes instead of the T-shirt I ordered. Please assist with delivering the correct item, and fetching the wrong one. Thank you.
Hifi corp customer service is appalling to say the least made an online purchase on Monday evening and selected the wrong address. On Tuesday Moring I got through a very rude gentleman that told me it will not be possible to change my address and dropped the phone , I called back and came through a nice lady called Promise and said she will add notes for the address to be changed. Wednesday moring I login to check wheter it has been updated and It has not been , so I am so confused right now and would LIKE A REFUND SO I CAN BUY WHERE THEY ACTUALLY VALUE ME AS A CUSTOMER AND NOT SOME ****!!
Good day , If I could rate Mobicred at 0 stars I would do so. I opened my account years ago when they started but never used the credit or accepted the offer that they gave me. I would like to delete my account because whenever I want to login it already declines me or says that I have a profile. Reason being is that the data that they have on their system is outdated and I would like to start an application from scratch. I have never used the credit!
Good day, I ordered on Friday last week which was the 26th for a next day delivery and paid an extra amount for that. Today is the 30th of September , the item show as delivered but it has not arrived. Those shoes were supposed to be worn to a wedding on the 27th of September. Woolworths has failed to meet their obligations. I was also promised a refund however woolworths is not saying anything. Nothing about my delivery or refund ! I AM NEVER BUYING FROM WOOLWORTHS AND I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW HOW BAD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ! Regards, Jessica

Dear Wonga , please improve your systems and train your customer representatives , customer service etiquette. I app**** for a wonga loan on Wednesday the 25th. My loans with wonga are paid of , my application out says sorry this is taking longer than expected for 3 days now , it does not give me an option to cancel the application and whenever I call the agents they say they will escalate because they cannot cancel it on their end . It has been past 48 hours and they still working on cancelling my application.......I am so frustrated because the communication is awful and the agents do not know what they talking about.
TRUWORTHS TAKES FOREVER FOR THEIR ITC UPDATES , I OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN MARCH MADE MY FIRST PAYMENT IN APRIL , THEN MY SECOND ONE IN MAY , NOTHING HAS BEEN UPDATED ON MY ITC .KINDLY PLEASE UPDATE BECAUSE WE OPEN ACCOUNTS TO BUILD CREDIT SCORES AND TO SUPPORT THESE RETAIL SHOPS BUT THEY DO US DIRTY WITH THEIR INCOMPETENCY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY.
FNB needs to do better with updating our credit reports , please may I get the paid up letters for my paid up temp loans and please can it be updated on my ITC as paid ? This is affecting me and it frustrating because it has been a while since I paid them off. FNB DO BETTER , TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY AND STOP WITH THE INCOMPENTENCY !
What a bad service ! My child goes to this school and they have been billing me incorrectly , I sent the incorrect statement with my proof of payments and they are not responding. Every time I try calling my calls ae being disconnected , it so difficult to get through to someone. Laerskool Theresapark please do better , your behavior demonstrates incompetency and lack of accountability. It is truly frustrating!
My phone fell in water , and I decided to purchase a phone online through Legit. I selected a Pargo store collect at Menlyn Legit. I purchased the phone on the 1st of May 2025. On the 2nd I went to the store for them to track or give me details on the status of my order , they told me I must wait for an email but I tried explaining that I currently do not have access because my phone fell in water. Everyone seemed so unbothered no one helped me , I even gave them my order number since I have written it down on a piece of paper and they still could not help. Legit please render proper services. I would like to collect my package within the next 24hours , thank you. I paid R3000 and the service should at least be worth it but it's not.
