Telkom has charged me incorrectly for 2 minths and I laid a dispute. Received an sms to say it is sorted, but 2 days later I get an invoice, which is STILL wrong and no indication of the money they must pay back.
Incorrect billing for a second month, even after I phoned to ask for a dispute. After 3 weeks it has still not been sorted, my money has been taken incorrectly again and now they owe me over R1000 and say that the 'case' is still open. That just because someone forgot to cancel the 'old' line to my old house, and just added the new line to the new house to the account. :( Totally unacceptable!
My mom needs a hip replacement. She was a healthy, busy lady, and this condition happened so quickly. My parents app**** to Fedhealth to do the hip replacement and they refuse to help them. My parents have offered to back pay and change plans to allow her to get it, and they have also requested special assistance, with a multitude motivations from the doctor, as my mom is totally limited in what she can do currently and the operation will really help her. Her quality of life is basically non-existent! My dad is a retired Methodist minister.... and all ministers need to use Fedhealth. You would have thought they care more and would try to help, especially after paying fees for years and years. :( I don't recommend them at all. My own medical aid would never do this.
My elderly parents checked into Kruger Park Lodge booked with flexi club points. They were given a top unit which is so difficult for them with stairs to climb. After requesting a bottom unit, no one helped them and they were just left. Even after calling flexi club, no one helped. They are there for 10 long days now which is a huge disappointment for them. If they fall down the stairs we will hold flexi club responsible for all bills.
Absolutely unacceptable service from this accommodation establishment. My elderly parents have been given a top unit with stairs to climb and they just can't! They are there for 10 days and this is going to need up their whole holiday. You can't tell me they can't find a bottom unit anywhere in that big place? This has really upset them!
MTN in general is really impossible to get hold of, takes forever to return a message and the waiting time to reach customer services is at least 50min hold. :( However, when I eventually did get through to the retentions office (after 57 min of holding on), I was helped by Jodi. She was the best and most helpful person MTN has had helping me to date. If it wasn't for her, I would certainly not have renewed my contract and stayed an MTN customer. Now to sort out the rest of the customer services and get helped within a few minutes.....
After holding on for 57 minutes to get hold of someone at the retention offices, they dropped the line!!!! I am pretty upset now! Someone from the same office promised to phone me back on Monday, 23 November after calling me to offer an upgrade to my contract on 21 November. She never did... and now I get unfriendly sms's telling me that I will incur costs because my contract has expired, but no-one is returning my call and I cannot wait indefinitely for someone to answer and then drop the line. So frustrated!!
Thank you for great service. We got a pack of Futurelife Crunch with burnt pieces in. They immdeidately asked for the 'bad' pack and will be replacing it. Love it! :)
We had carpets installed by Montana Carpets. They promised the world and didn't deliver. It is very expensive to install carpets. We needed similar carpets in new rooms to what we had. The colour does not match at all and no attempt was made to suggest a different carpet. We expected full carpets as the rooms are narrow enough to allow for no joins, but now both rooms have an unsightly join in the middle due to off cuts being used!!! Paid for full layout. The carpets were almost washed with no soap - I noticed and stopped them and made them collect soap from their offices before continuing! No attempt has been made to reply to my queries, since beginning of January. This all happened in October 2017 already and I am still waiting to hear about replacing the carpets for no joins. Will definitely not recommend them.
I just love going to this Woolworths Food. They are always ready to help - either allowing my 3 year old to use their bathrooms when she suddenly needs the toilet, to opening more tills when needed and redeeming my WW vouchers. Thank you!
