Literally paid my loan in full and received the paid up letter, contacted them many times, replys days later saying query resolved which is lies, i demand that my debit order is cancelled as it is still showing active on my banks end this is ***** and a **** i want immediate action

Never ending issues, pathetic customer service, it's alot been going on for months, been paying towards my mobi money account yet the balance never updates and the installment increases without my permission, the debicheck shows 1 amount but they debit another, ****, taking money but balance is staying the same, i just want the mobi money account to be closed its such a hassle.. Paying for a balance that never changes

Ive had the worse experience with customer care agents who are ****ing rude *********** idiots who need training, they have no respected whatsoever and wasted my time.. The lady wasted 10 minutes of my time for one simple question and query, she even dropped the call, what the ****, my query is not resolved, i keep getting calls for no particular reason with no resolution when i call for assistance this is the **** experience, i want to be contacted via email or at 6pm as im busy.

I was literally ******, ordered something online, said it was shipped will be delivered 15-20 days... Took almost 40 days... They then delivered it to another house whom they *****ulently accepted a signature thinking it was me, they did not call, they did not check the proper address, i was ****** by tuxuan95823@gmail.com

I have been ****med, they ask you to deposit 350 to withdraw, after withdrawing they say 800 for vip 2 then withold your funds then chat and say they are legit when you complain, this site needs to be taken down, people have been ******

I did not apply for a mobi money credit account, i keep getting debit order mandates and this is scaring me and seems *****ulent and like a ****, i dont want any mobi money loans or accounts it seems my device has been hacked, please cancel whatever application you have of mine i dont Want it it wasn't me and i dont authorize any debit order mandates, i will sue or take this up higher and this now is *****, i need assistance asap and to be called at 7am sharp for ms cancellation
