I've been waiting a month for my order only to be told that one of the boxes has been lost after attempting to get an answer for two weeks. Very bad after-sales service.
Hi, I have had bad service from DHL in the past. The Cape Town branch never answers phones for example, but waiting for a parcel since 9 April and it's now 7 May without delivery due to incompetence is really appalling.
I ordered fibre through Afrihost on the Frog Foot network in Burgundy Estate, Cape Town on 3 September 2020. A month later on 8 October they say they need proof of address. ***? Do I need to force you to take my money?
