Since Thursday I returned parts I am still waiting for my refund, when I call I was told the lady that works with them might process them today... It's been long I need car part for my car, the sold me wrong lights and did not have the one I want, I have placed an oder thought my money will be in by today but nothing.

No matter the amount of proof you provide that your account is hacked they still do not have powers to retrieve your account. My account has been hacked with plus or minus 60k followers, I have contacted support team but it's usless too because they take you back and forth

I have sent them an email of which they did not respond to, I called them this morning again I was answered by Lindiwe she transferred me to Fediric.. Fediric as always did not answer until the call went back to the first consultant. They do not have my email address after so many years and I have never changed my email address from high school. If they where checking their emails they where going to see my email that I have sent a month back. Please Octogen take us serious, you responded on my complain like the matter os resolved.. it is not resolved until I get the correct clearance letter, I will complain everyday if this is what it takes. tutalizer@gmail.com is my email address. I have requested a clearance letter they sent me a message that I must pay R460 of wich I did and sent them proof of payment to process it... now when I call to get heads-up they taking me back and fourth.. I called for almost 30min and the counsaltant said they will call me back the person than can assist is 9n the call.. it's 4 hours later. Please take us seriously I reapected your ten days waiting period it's 13days ago now

We where recruited by DEMA production by the guy called William Khumalo aka Mmeleke. We did a health and safety show. He did not pay us for rehearsal we slept at his backroom for three days and he promise to pay us at least R2500 per show. We did more than one show to different mines and he paid me R1500 when I ask him about my balance he says he has only R1500 because his crew has many people. I have done this kind of production and I know how they operate even that R2500 is to small for this kind of production. This is exploitation of artist

Nimble group bought ...
Nimble group bought my credit from Capitec, not even once did they contact me.... it's more than 6 years now the credit is prescribed due to act 68 of 1969 prescription act. They are taking me back and forth when I request my prescription letter, firstly they said I am not appearing on their data when I told them I will repot them to hellopeter they asked for my email address. Not even a confirmation that they found the account or not
