I spoke to a rude Indian lady whom I tried to explain that I appear under their company for debt review of which I know nothing about them as we had never made any contact before I am surprised that one of their debt counsellors named Mr Darran Manikam he is the one who put me under his clientele list so now I tried calling the company also his phone but getting excuses to an extent of saying I must pay up R2500 to get a clearance certificate but how so if I never signed up to them
I called debtline yesterday requesting a clearance certificate of which one of the call centre agent said I must send all my paid up letters to their email address of which I will have to pay R450 to get a clearance certificate withing 48 hours but today I am told I don't appear on their system whereas I was put on debt review by a counselor named Mr Andrew Johnston
I requested my prescription letter for my old credit card which was done telephonically with an agent whom assured me I will receive my prescription letter after 5 minutes till date still waiting on my letter..Can I kindly receive my prescription letter on my emails as per request T.O NKGOBANE

*Update on Sammy marks square cash crusaders* I was also demoralized at the till point on how the 2 sales agent and the pricing lady or store manager making a mockery on queuing customers who brought their valuables for pawning or selling their items over Easter weekend uttering words *like people are broke this weekend or going through alot* to my surprise cash crusaders ideal business model is pawning g or selling not judging customers to stay afloat to their business.
I went to cash crusaders at sammy marks square on the 17th of April at around 11h00 or 12h00 whereby I was busy going through the aisles then I saw a 4 bar Dixon heater going for 124.90 then I asked the sales person to test it for me so I can purchase of which he did.Whilst we trdtrf it and was well functional I then went to the till to pay only to my surprise it charged R399.00 so I asked the till lady to assist with correct pricing of R124.90,the sales guy who helped did go with the till lady to confirm the pricing I saw on the shelf which correspond with the heater model then I was told by the store manager or the lady who was doing marking of pricing whereas the sales guy was told he cannot sell it to me therefore he must go to the stockroom or office to change the price to R399.00 then I asked how is that possible but the lady was rude.
but surprisingly it is not the 1st time I had an arrears on my account but now this one warranted to account closure.I opened a new account with assurity that the money is held in by nedbank for 48 hours prior to clear in to my new account as conversion but now to my surprise on the 16th it bounced back where I don't know however I went to Hr at my workplace and explained my situation of which I will now get my money back within 3 to 6 months of investigations are done to get paid. My frustration now is that I have bills to pay whereas my creditors seek for their payment as per agreement.. Is it fair to treat and overlook the client needs to avoid depression and to have a positive aspect to the business reputation? Tshenolo Olivia Nkgobane
On the 11th of April my bank account was automatically closed without informing me about it from my banker of which by rules I was supposed to be notified beforehand, The account closure I was aware of it when people made payments to me buy bounces back to them.Monday I went to Nedbank at Soshanguve crossing with an encounter to my banker Mr Trevor Mafunisa whereby I was told my account is closed due to Court order therefore I need to go to the magistrate court for closure.I went to the Magistrate court in the morning g of the 15th whereas I am supposed to be paid in that particular account but not clearing in flagged as pending credit. The trip to magistrate court didn't come out fruitful as they also requested to get a copy of the court order as proof,I contacted the banker about the information of which I was called in to come ASAP to the branch to resolve the issue of the account closure only to be told is closed due to negative R1332 arrears.
****med me by changing my banking details to also closing my main salary account from nedbank...imma make a lawsuit on them Tshenolo Nkgobane
