My son left his golf trousers in Chalet No. 2 at Mont Aux Sources 23 January. E-mail sent to the hotel and they said trousers found and that they would ship / courier them to his street address. Nothing received, On 08 Feb I called reservations, said call hotel directly. Called but could not get hold of them, could only leave a message. No one returned my call<br> <br> Then on 9 Feb called again, spoke to Alister, said Esme is in charge of \lost and found\" but not in that day. Would ask Esme to contact me the next day. AGAIN NOTHING. Called 10 Feb, can not get hold of anybody, must leave a message. Dis so, bit no response. This is pathetic service. "
Since 20 August 2015 i have been requesting a copy of my contract. I have called, e-mailed, (over 59) and put on hello peter. This is the 3rd time. All multichoice does is reply and say they are sorry. Someone calls me to say they will request a copy, but you never hear fom them again.<br> <br> I want a job there as you people do nothing. How can it take 7 months for a copy ???<br> Please do not reply if you are just going to say sorry. DO SOMETHING. Where are the top managers, do they know what is going on ? Pathetic.
6 Jan 2016 I received an SMS stating that UTI Couriers will contact me to deliver my new credit cards. They called me to say they will deliver to street address and wanted to know if someone would accept, I said yes. <br> <br> Then 12 Jan ABSA sends me an SMS stating that it was delivered and SMS to confirm this. I NEVER RECEIVED THEM ?? I replied to SMS, received no reply. Called 086008600 and 0861462273 but eventually after telling you how busy the consultants are, and high call volume, it tells me it will take 5 min for my call to be answered.<br> <br> Pathetic service, no wonder they are so busy, everyone wants to complain. My cards expire next month. Please investigate and advise when they will be delivered to me.
I was at your Cradelstone branch and wanted to pay a Markham account. I had the statement / tax invoice with the account number on. Sunday 6 December. The two men behind the till said that they could not accept payment without the card or I/d of the person. Why ? Surely your computer can look up the account by the number. I had to call the person and ask for the I./d number, go back to Markhams and then they accepted my cash.<br> <br> Is this the case or are these people working there incompetent ? Not impressed with your service.
Yesterday I handed in my prescription at Dis-chem at President Hyper Centre in Krugersdorp. This is the first time I have done this. Lovely soft long bench to wait. At least 4 people serving. Did not wait long. Lady that served me had dark short hair with a distinctive side fringe, do not know her name. She was very helpful, pleasant and fast. I was in and out under 5 min.<br> <br> Thank you, as soon as my chronic medication prescription expires at Clicks, I will be visiting you with the new one. My 81 year old mother is also at clicks, so will change hers as well. Clicks have only 1 person working there at a time, you wait over 8 min to get served, and they are always on a go slow. Thank you, you made my day yesterday, keep up the good work !!

Nothing received. What is so difficult ?? Please wake up. Can a Director please look into this for me ? How can it take over 4 months. ??? I gave a defected Tupperware product to a sale lady. She returned mine and other on document number<br> 578611 on 10 December 2014. Still no replacement. On 4 Sep I called Krugersdorpspoke to Evodia, gave slip number, promised to come back to me. NOTHING On 7 Sep I called her, said speak to Katlego, said he is waiting for answer from Hi-gate, will come back to me, NOTHING. Called again on 8 Sep, he said still waiting for Hi-gate, will come back to me, NOTHING. Called him on 10 Sep said he needs a copy of the document. Will let me know what fax number, NOTHING. I called him again and got fax number 011-660-2091 and send copy. NOTHING. On 14 Sep I called him, said he cannot make out what Tupperware was sent or who sent it, will call the sales lady (info on slip) and come back to me NOTHING<br> <br> This is pathetic service. No wonder you advertise that it is life time guarantee. You have to wait a life time for it to be replaced. Surely after 9 months this should have been resolved. ??<br> <br>
Received a letter from Betty on 20 August stating that my Decoder care contract policy number will be changing as of 14 July, but do not worry, everything else stays the same. Why receive this after the event. I have sent SMS and e-mails but have no answer yet. I have 58 case numbers.<br> <br> Pathetic service, why has nobody come back to me ?
Yesterday 3 Aug purchased goods at Pick 'n Pay Noordheuwel Krugersdorp. Paid with my ABSA card, cheque account, but they put through twice. I only put my pin in once. How can this happen ? Where is my protection from ABSA ? Called ABSA, said wait 24 hours P 'n P should reverse. Called P 'n P this morning, no they can do nothing. Speak to your bank. R641-35 off my account twice and<br> nobody wants to give me my money back. Pathetic service from both ABSA and Pick 'n Pay.
