I have no idea how anyone can sell highly processed cheese as actual cheese. I have been buying Dairybelle for years and have never had a problem with their Gouda cheese, this time round it doesn't even melt, just sits on my toast like a piece of rubber and to add insult to injury, it doesn't taste anything like Gouda
Horrific service once payment is made. You can try and phone the provided number, but no luck, it either goes to voicemail or just gets put down. How this place stay in business is beyond comprehension
I reported a company that ****med me out of a fair amount of money, at the end of August, to then be told I need to lay a charge against them. Bearing in mind that I'm currently bedridden, got a friend to cart me off to a police station, where we spent half a day and got nothing done. The following day I contacted SAPS again and this time they sent someone to my home, made the afidavit, got the case number to them and only then was I informed they needed a copy of the afidavit as well. What a schlep, got my carer to fetch it for me, mailed the copies to them and was told it would take another 21 days before it would be resolved, but I can check on their WhatsApp line what the progress is. It eventually said it was resolved, which it wasn't, phoned them again and they said it's still being processed. Waited for 2 weeks and phoned them yesterday, again, was told it was resolved as they NEVER received the afidavit(lie, I sent it on the same day) Eventually I got disconnected, tried calling back, but of no help
This far I have nothing good to say about this sodden company, Twice they pretended it was out on delivery and twice said I wasn't available, all that while I sat at hone for 2 days waiting for said parcel/ Tried contacting them on FB, I saw them reading my message, but they never responded. Rudeness overload
This must be the worst company ever to deal with. You can complain as much as you want but it all falls in deaf ears. copy and paste is all that they are good at, maybe it is time to move on to another provider?
I can't believe that a brand like Enterprise can't be held liable for medical expenses incurred because of contaminated "food" products consumed. i ALMOST LOST MY LITTLE YORKIE, BECAUSE OF IT. She is a very pernicity eater and I by accident gave her a piece of vienna and she absolutely loved it, so I went out and purchased a whole packet for her, she almost lost her life because of it. I ended up with a vet bill for almost R2000, just to pull her through. Even now she is still not 100% well, but she is still alive, but still puking on a daily basis. This is totally unacceptable
This must be one of the most useless banks, especially if using the banking app from your phone. I made a payment on 9 December and up to date the intended beneficiary hasn't received it, that causing my subscription to starsat to be suspended. Given a number to call, which isn't working, either, I am hopping mad. What are you planning to do to rectify this?
I have had a contract with said company for a few years and am absolutely flabbergasted at what a con it all is. I have come to the end of my contract and have thus finished paying for the handset and as expecting my account fee to come down in the same manner( there is another "contract" available for the same amount airtime at R35.00/month) hen I however enquired about it, I as informed that there will be a CONTRACT FEE OF R150.00!!!! Say what? I ALREADY HAVE A CONTRACT. For me to pay R88.00 for R55.00 AIRTIME/MONTH, is tantamount to being ****d and told to enjoy it. I am not sure if Vodacom has enough clients, or if they preferably will lose some?
I have never encountered people as rude as the people working in your Sunnyside branch (corner of Steve Biko and Esselin streets) On entering the shop, assistants scatter like bugs not to help you, then the manager takes her time in asking others to help you,but eventually cpmes back.........to complain about my dog( which by the way, I have taken in there all the time) She ends up refusing to helP me unless I apologise, for God knows what and then refuses to serve me. Add insult to injury some other assistabt starts helping me, gets up midway through the enquiry, comes back and says the manager says he can't help me.... THIS KIND OF SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
<p>For the past couple of months, Neotel has gone from bad to horrendous. More than half the time, one can't connect and the other half there is a near non-existent signal. You get sent from one person to the next and promises are made to see to it,only to have none of them come to fruition. Quick enough to take payment out of your banking account, but never as quick to solve their ****py service. They are more worried about their BEEE status thatn actually employing people who are capable of doing the job</p>
