On 2 occasions in the week, I purchased a chicken Emporium, and the burger was wet, as it wet/damp/soaked with watery sauce. On the first occasion it was replaced, but on the second occassion today I'm still waiting for my replacement sandwich. I ordered the burger at 1.57 as I was hungry and received the same wet burger once again. Its now 15.11 and they have still not brought my sandwich.

Shocking display of arrogance by the Area manger or person claiming to be the owner of Dairybelle....A Rude obnoxious man with no commercial sense. As a company we spend R4000 to R6000 per week at Dairybelle Rosebank. This man who I was directed to, to discuss a concern, had zero time to even engage with us and proceeded by dismissing an issue as if I was a beggar on the side of the road. You will not see me or anyone from our company again, we will vote with our feet. Sadly, I have sympathy for the lovely staff members, chefs and fantastic waitresses who have looked after us so well over the past 2 years.

I have no idea how anyone can sell highly processed cheese as actual cheese. I have been buying Dairybelle for years and have never had a problem with their Gouda cheese, this time round it doesn't even melt, just sits on my toast like a piece of rubber and to add insult to injury, it doesn't taste anything like Gouda

Dairybelle have the best selection of dairy products for the entire family. Last month I have been purchasing their yoghurt for the entire family, and the kids simply love it! It is packed with calcium and vitamins too, which are so important for kids development. Their cheese products are delicious too and it is so easy to prepare the kids sandwiches with it. I am so excited to try out more of their products. Thank you Dairybelle!

Best cheese by far. Gouda is perfectly creamy and balanced.

I bought a box od milk in bulk from makro. 6 boxes of full cream milk. the expiry date is in september 2017 but when i opened another box of milk it was so sour that the milk wasnt even milk anymore. it was thick and heavy and the box was so swollen from the milk being so off.

After purchasing dairybelle cheese slices I can not use them. They stick to the wrapper making it almost impossible to get them out. They need to be s****ped off the wrapping with a knife leaving half behind. They had not expired and came straight from the fridge. I will stick with Parmalot in future

I dont normally purchase Dairy Belle but on the 27 September 2016 I decided to try their EASY SLICES CHEDDAR FLAVOURED CHEESE what a big mistake I made the cheese sticks to the wrapper half of it gets stuck while trying to use it breaks up and you are hardly left with any cheese. The quality is really poor and a waste of money for me. Now my son cannot enjoy his cheese on his bread because once it is out of the wrapper hardly anything comes off all is left on the plastic that it is wrapped in.
