Poor Poor service. I have never received such bad service before at the Legit Workshop branch. Rika has absolutely no respect for customers. Even after telling her I am going to lodge a compliant she said she doesn't care. She refused to contact the Online Customer store told me she does not have the number. I had to call them myself as I was trying to return a online order. I am totally disappointed.
Poor service. I am disgusted in Standard Bank. they have left me and my kids with no money for food, and the rest of my debit orders to go off, after increasing my home loan installment. So my fixed rate normally expires around the week of the 20th October, I called Standard Bank on the 20th of October the consultant checked and advised me to call on the 24th October to renew my fixed rate. I did that called on Friday reference number 7069009337 they advised a consultant will call me back to implement my fixed rate, to my surprise no call until today when my home loan shot up something I have no budgeted for. Why would Standard bank do this?? I WANT MY MONEY reversed AND A FIXED RATE IMPLEMENTED AS THIS INSTALLMENT I CANNOT AFFORD Especially after i followed all the processes to ensure my Bond is at a fixed rate.
Once again Budget insurance has done the most.. After sorting out 1 problem last month this month I face another problem. Budget insurance decides to debit my account a day before the debit order day leaving me with the bank charges of R100 for dishonored fee. Really when did i change my debit order date???? I HAVE BEEN WITH BUDGET INSURANCE SINCE 2015 AND SINCE THEN MY DEBIT ORDER DATE HAS NEVER CHANGED. SO BUDGET CAN YOU REFUND MY R100 THAT THE BANK HAS CHARGED ME AND LET ME KNOW WHO GAVE THE AUTHROITY TO CHNAGE MY DEBIT ORDER DATE. BE ADVISED I AM LOOKING FOR ANOTHER INSURANCE COMPANY AS I HONESTLY CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS ISSUES EVERY MONTH.
I am so disappointed in Budget insurance, firstly they put the increase without notifying and increased way before the annual increase which suppose to be in August I was not notified causing an inconvenience to me and not allowing my other debit orders to go off. When I contacted them they promised to refund from the 28th July 2025, to date I have not received my refund, worse thing I was advised when I called to query they ae waiting for funds to be available so DOES THIS MEAN BUDGET INSURANCE DOES NOT HAVE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!IS THAT WHY WE WERE DEBITED EALIER THAN BEFORE ANNUAL INCREASE AND IS THAT WHY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND??????????????I WANT MY REFUND I HAVE WAITED WAY TO LONG.
I am very disappointed in take a lot. I ordered a phone and before I could even get it I cancelled my order, because I found the phone to be on special somewhere else. to date I have no received my refund. Why would it take so long as the order did not even go out for delivery. This is unexpectable. There is no contact number to query anything. I am vey upset.
I could like to express my gratitude to the Bluff Truworths branch. The staff are friendly and very helpful. I am acknowledged and greeted by name seeing as I am a regular customer there. Thank you, but I also think the change in attitude from the Manager Olivia ever since her move there, there has been major changes in attitude in the staff and the store is more pleasant to be in. With reduced waiting service times. Good change. Keep up the good work!
Very disappointing service with regards to refunds. The Merchant did the refund and i had my funds in my wallet account. The terms and conditions are once you withdraw the funds will be paid into your account. Up until now my funds are not reflecting and Pay flex website keeps saying EFT withdrawal pending. This is unexpectable it should not take so long for a refund from payflex.
Pathetic service to date I have not received my order. I did a order on the 02 December 2024, there is no contact information to call them, they do not reply to their emails. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED.
I've never experienced a problem with fin choice until recently when I made a withdrawal to date I have not received my funds. I have made numerous calls and even escalated it, however no funds received and my mobi account reflects the withdrawal. I refuse to pay for money I did not receive. I am highly disappointed. From the 24th May to date still no money is there no ***** that is going on with Fin choice because I did not receive this money.
I am so angry and disappointed with Standard Bank. I called through to Prestige Banking to have a debit order reversed as that account was paid up.. However the company was still debiting my account. However I was told that they cannot reverse it because it was authorized. What the hell?? So anyone can have authority over my account. I refuse to bank with Standard bank. No body is going to have authority over my account. Either you'll reserve it or CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
