The lady assisted the first day and after that no communication, no proof of insurance as I had to call for my paperwork to be emailed. To date she has nt advised me about taking my vehicle for inspection or how to sign in on the app. Nt good service at all.
On Wednesday morning I called AA for assistance as my vehicle didnt start in the morning. I wanted them to check to see what is wrong and I was at work. They took my details down and advised that they were going to send someone over. They conveniently closed the call as apparently there was no payment on the 1st. Now I have a debit that goes off every month and for some reason of theirs, as per them (there was a technical error) and the debit didnt go off. They cancelled the call as they say, they did not receive payment and did not bother to let me know what was going on. When I called again to check they told me there was no payment, the one guy told me i need to do the payment immediately and they will assist, which I did and sent them the POP. By 4pm my time to go home, they had not arrived, I got one of my colleagues to give me a jump start and left. While I was on my way, they called, this was after 4pm. I actually think that everybody should read this so they dont sign up with AA as this company makes mistakes, their mistake and leave a woman stranded. This is definitly not a good and reliable company, pls look for another provider. They didnt even have to decency to check how I got home, its absolutely unbelievable!
On 2 occasions in the week, I purchased a chicken Emporium, and the burger was wet, as it wet/damp/soaked with watery sauce. On the first occasion it was replaced, but on the second occassion today I'm still waiting for my replacement sandwich. I ordered the burger at 1.57 as I was hungry and received the same wet burger once again. Its now 15.11 and they have still not brought my sandwich.
Dear Standard Bank Support Team, I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding repeated decline fees charged to my account. Between the 15th and the 20th of this month, multiple debit attempts were made on my account, resulting in 14 decline charges of R9 each, totaling R126. This occurred despite the fact that my salary has consistently been paid on the 20th of every month for the past 13 years. At no point have I ever been paid on the 15th of December, or any other month. Given this long-standing and clearly established salary pattern, the repeated debit attempts and resulting charges prior to my salary date are unacceptable. I require that the full amount of R126 be refunded immediately, as these charges were unfairly app****. I also request confirmation that measures will be implemented to prevent this behavior from occurring again in the future. I would appreciate your prompt assistance and urgent feedback on this matter.
I sent an email to 1Life asking for the details to pay off an outstanding premium and to date I have had no response. The email was sent to complaint, customer service and info. Is this company still existing? There is an amount that is outstanding on my husband's premium, and I am paying the premium and I need to bring it up to date. I even tried to cancel but they would not allow me for some reason. Please could someone urgently assist me. thanking you
I have been for this whole year since January trying to contact cell C for assistance with my account and nobody answers their phones, and I cannot get a legit email address where somebody responds. My contract is 329 per month and they are deduction 454 every single month. I dont know what to do, when I went in they cannot give me a statement, says it cannot print and they continue, month after month to deduct as they please.
My Sis came to visit me yesterday in Roodepoort and her car (Auto) would not start. It is a new car, and she was quite distraught as she had to drive back to Midrand and was also not feeling well. A gent came with a pretty car; I must say and started the vehicle. She was afraid that it would give her issues along the way, so she asked him to drive behind her to Midrand. He didn't want to at first and after much persuasion from myself, he agreed and, listen to what he asked for, A bribe or for us to give him something for driving behind her. Firstly, it was his job, and I know from experience that 100kms is covered if an insurance company has to drive behind you. My sister pays over R1000 for her insurance and the driver actually asked for A Bride to drive behind her. This is really disgusting behavior. My sister was so distraught and in the midst of all she gets behavior like this from a company that is supposed to stand with women, disgusting! I am with AA and last month they drove me home thrice and here you have a company that is supposed to stand with women firstly, refusing to drive the client home and also asking for a bribe to do it.
I emailed Old Mutual from the 14th of April, and continuously thereafter with regards to my policy that needed amending and to date have not received a positive response. They send me emails but nobody is able to assist me. This one says email that one, that one says email the other and they going on....This service is disgusting and I needed a response before my debit went off, and the debit has gone off. Can someone please urgently assist me please.
I bought a vehicle a few months ago and the procedure is that Weelee transfers the name unto my name and also have the roadworthy done. I don't think they sell vehicles that are unroadworthy, definitely not! Anyway, I go to buy the license for the vehicle, and it shows on the system that my vehicle is unroadworthy. Im driving the vehicle, I dont have a problem and its showing this, which means that Weelee sold me a vehicle that was unroadworthy. I need someone to call me back urgently in this regards, failing which I will take this to the media. Kind Regards
