I am extremely upset and unhappy with MTN and seem to have issues with payment of my account. I was aware that my account was being debited for my debit order until I applied to have a new contract added to my number and was said that I was handed over for collection's. I have numerous debut orders going of my account so I never picked up that this was being paid as the amount is not that large. Now When its close to my upgrade time aswell I owe MTN almost R10000-00 . I was told I was on a cash payment plan as I had missed debit orders ( even though I did give my new bank details) I also called ad confirmed that bank details were changed. Noone contacted me for any outstanding and I was not receiving statements. I now need to upgrade my contract and I am faced with this situation. I have no problem paying MTN but you guys need to communicate with clients. Now what is the way forward as I am upset that noone communicated anything with me till I asked now I am left to fork up R10000 UPFRONT!
KFC Ballito is just pathetic ( I am not referring to the Ballito Junction KFC) . The KFC near the BP garage service is terrible. I went there today to purchase food and received the worst service from a staff member Nobhule Dlamini who was just rude. My order layed on the counter in front of her for about 20 minutes before she gave it to me. Uneven asked her for it and she said that it was not ready. I waited and waited until the cashier said that is my order and she gave it to me. I ordered at 12:26 And only received my food about 45 minutes after that. I was not the only patron who was upset with her behaviour. My order number wasbR277. As a result of the incompetent behaviour of the KFC staff my family ended up eating cold horrible food. Thank you KFC Ballito for the most pathetic service. There we're other unhappy patrons aswell as the above person was rude. I asked to speak to the manager and lady by the name of Zanele mqadi said she was the manager but also just looked at me when i explained my situation. The experience I had just ruined my nice day that I had planned.
I had the best experience going to baby city in lifestyle centre. As a new mom i was assisted and explained to about the baby products they have. Customer services were great
I have a life policy with momentum and had am issue with one premium. All it took was one email to sort my problem out. Momentum is the best
