SO much for community involvement. This establishment has someone using a leaf-blower, at 06:30, every weekday morning, right next to residential housing. My wife works shifts and this is such a lovely way to be woken up, NOT.
Checkers Jukskei Park appear not to have the capability to keep Sprite Zero in stock. Haven't had stock for about two months and complaints are just ignored. Same goes for Monster.

These people have an interesting concept of time. Next day delivery actually means 'the day after the day after the next day'. This has now happened twice, and please don't try phoning, only to be met by condescending and rude staff. If a business uses these people then I'll order form an entity that uses an alternative. The Courier Guy, never, ever again.
ABSA wants to deliver a CC, with no documentation involved, not even showing an ID, with a R500 tap facility, which can't be lowered, BUT I have to verify on their app, every time I want to transfer R100 data to my brother, an existing beneficiary, and after logging into online banking and jumping through all the security hoops. And one needs to visit a branch to verify biometrics to activate a debit card or use the Digital ID App, ON A PHONE! Clown world.
Parcel was handed to courier on Mon 29th, received SMS 'Out for delivery' on 30th. It took Nucleus until Thursday to realize Google is taking them to the wrong place at 209 Bellairs Drive. Twenty phone calls later and it was reasserted that my address didn't change and is as per Leroy's system. Received another call Friday morning from the driver, once again at 209 Bellairs. Verbally directed him. Was the driver too *********** to read street address numbers, like we did in the old days, before everyone became dependent on their mobile device? Arrived at the complex with a truck too large to enter. This is the second time Nucleus did this. Incompetence rules. The walk-about in to the complex then had the temerity to give my wife attitude and lip, because she wanted to inspect the delivery before he left. UFB. Floor staff at Leroy are generally helpful and knowledgeable but your courier company, Nucleus, leaves everything to be desired. I should know because I've now suffered twice at their laissez-faire incompetence. Looking at the rest of the reviews here, I'm not alone.
Call Centre reps covering for each other. You cause a major outage on my system, after being a client for more than 8 years. Give transparent feedback or go and copulate with yourselves in an far off place.
Reviewed ABSA Private on 2022/11/22 because I've received NO feedback on 5 questions. Then received an ultimatum from "Group Customer Care Social Media" to contact ABSA before a certain time or my review will be handled as 'closed'. Imagine that. Many e-mails and promises later, still no feedback, except for an answer to one question. New Private Banker introduced himself. Forwarded the same questions to him. Promised to feedback. Still nothing. How long does it take Private to provide feedback? Never, it would seem. So much for customer service...............Had None, Still None, Won't ever have..
I've contacted Private on 2022/11/10 and /11/18 requesting contact and no contact has been made thus far. Private can contact one unsolicited, and for menial reason, but try and contact them or get contacted by them. My phone is on 24x7 and doesn't divert. Pfff.....
