Has always worked fine. Now transactions just hang and then cancel for no good reason. South African help phone number rings and cuts off..tried many times. Online chat is a joke. They asked me to wait for THIRTY to FORTY minutes to talk to an operator. My inputs and operation were done correctly. Transfer just HANGS and after a long period, cancels!
Ongoing and bizarre issues with the Vodapay app. I can log in. But when trying to do account queries it says my device is not linked and will send me an OTP to link device. Which never arrives after MULTIPLE attempts. I have spoken to multiple Vodapay service desk staff and they are seemingly lost. Waste of time and money. FIX THE ISSUE!
I had an urgent repair to an oven door and Mr Yongama Mangena at Defy Montague Gardens Cape Town was a star. He really made a plan for me. Great guy and great service.
16 July I sent clear and specific instructions to my banker to cancel my credit card and to debit the very small outstanding amount of R21 from my cheque account. He ensured me it would be completed withint 2 to 3 days. Then there were delays and more promises. Not yet done. The excuses and delays are truly pathetic. For heaven's sake, my instructions are valid, clear and unambiguous. Please..DO YOUR JOB.

I have a long standing Turkish Airlines booking made with Flight centre La Lucia. Booking reference KCHKPU. I received an email from Turkish Airlines, completely cancelling one leg of my flight back to SA. I need the issue resolved. I emailed 2 people at La Lucia over a week ago with a copy of the email received. No response. I spoke to a different flight centre agent who said she "would fix it" but hardly responds to my mails/whatsapp or deliver on the info I provided. In desperation I emailed yet another flight centre agent and received an automated message that they could only respond in FOUR DAYS. I cannot deal directly with Turkish Airlines and am forced to use Flight centre. I am STUCK in the Philippines and am NOT getting any real assistance! I need someone senior from Flight Centre to TAKE OWNERSHIP and resolve the problem through to conclusion. This is abysmal and unacceptable. Please take meaningful action Flight Centre
For the second time in a year, VODASURE has signed me up for cell phone insurance which I did not request. This smacks of attempted theft. I phoned Vodasure and spoke to Thabiso Zimba, who was of very little assistance. How is this fake insurance sign up occuring? Cancel this policy immediately and reverse any charges. I never asked for it and don't let this happen again.
My relevant documents for a surplus pension payout were supplied in May 2022. After many ignored emails and phone calls unanswered, I finally spoke to someone on 13 Sept who agreed payment was way overdue and promised payment in 10 working days, and put this on an email to me. Payment has NOT been forthcoming and follow up emails are ignored and phone calls remain unanswered. Very poor indeed.
Abysmal service. No call backs when requested. Emails largely ignored unless I follow up telephonically. A simple ROUTINE request has been wracked with ambiguity, contradiction and inconsistencies. Staff contradict each other left and right. Shocking poor
South African booking number just plays music for extremely lengthy periods, whilst I hold on at my expense. This has been ongoing, I phoned the "agent support" person in Johannesburg, who glibly and casually told me that holding periods on the reservation service could be ONE HOUR and is the NORM. She seemed completely unconcerned with my complaint as she only deals with travel agents. Told me to try in the morning..or else expect up to any hour's delay!
