Poor communication and service. Order placed and no further communication until a message from courier saying it was collected should be delivered in a few days to Cape Town. Problem is I live in PE. 3 emails in 2 days went unanswered. Eventually I whatsapped them to find out why my order listed to go to Cape Town. They promised to investigate and get back to me. It’s the next day and I still hadn’t heard from pet & tack shop. Contacted them again and they said they factor in 5 days at least for courier for errors like this. How often are they sending to the wrong city ? Why were emails ignored for days ? They could have sorted this issue on Wednesday already and had my package rerouted. Disgraceful service I will now have to go buy elsewhere after this week delay

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE ! Grabitall sent me the wrong item. Took a few emails and a few days for them to reply. Ordered on 9 November. Received 19 November. It's now a week later and they are refusing to send me the item I paid for until the incorrect item has been received by them even though it is THEIR error. Item isn't faulty that it needs to be checked before sending replacement. They sent completely the wrong item ! Disgraceful customer service.

Order 211511 placed on 20 June a month ago and not delivered yet !! Had one phone call on the day it should have been delivered 2 weeks ago - they said not in stock yet but wouldnt be long and they would keep me updated. No update. No delivery. Terrrible service
Non-delivery of parcel DBP46012527971 Parcel was posted on 30 June from a main centre and to a main centre so should be overnight delivery. It’s now the 5th July and no delivery yet !! Why was the client not contacted when these deliveries were failed or rescheduled ? Why was I not notified so that I could communicate with my client ? I am extremely disappointed in the poor service and lack of communication.
DISGRACEFUL SERVICE !! Order 5388 paid 18 March and still no delivery or refund and no reply to emails !!!!! My little boy has waited 4 months for his birthday present. Disgusting!
Ordered thermometers from Swiftlink Medical / couriers. Advert said overnight delivery but took a week. Poor communication and no tracking numbers given. They apologised for poor service and promised to do better. Ordered again a week ago and I am still waiting for tracking number and delivery ! Not responding to emails. Swiftlink medical can't blame the courier service either as they are the courier company too. Very poor service

Very disappointed with your online shopping. I placed an order on 4 June for goods (Order o90548432). I was not told there was a problem with stock & stock showed as available at time of purchase. I ordered 6 items a week ago and only 1 was delivered yesterday. Now after a week and AFTER the promised delivery you send me a message to say one of the items isn't in stock. What about the other items ? Why am I to wait another 7 - 10 days for a refund ! You take a week to process order and now stock is gone and I must wait another 10 days for a refund. Very poor service !
