We purchased a stretch beach shelter from makro, 3x3, easy to setup and light but the fabric tore on day one and with the material stretched it does not provide much uv protection. Very disappointing
Went through the drive through for fast service, only to be told to wait infront by a staff member that should rather have stayed home because she had no voice and most likely is very ill. Let's hope she washed her hands before she handled our food. KFC should rather tale beter care of their own people first!!
I have been notified of an oustanding account, for a service that was closed and an asset that was returned in August 2024.
This is my second order that had to be cancelled due to stock not being available. First my plaster sand and now the 2m lengths square tubing I ordered and each time they charge me a delivery fee, but this is now becoming very inconvenient as I need these items and I need to make alternate plans. Worst of all now I sit with builders credit that I don't want to use in stores because of my experience!
After placing an order for a contract on vodacom's website, I wanted to change the colour of one of the phones I chose on the contract. The agent assisting me, informed me that the contract application was canceled due to the offer not being available anymore, this after receiving a confirmation email that my contract was approved and that I will be receiving my devices shortly. No email stating that an error occurred or that the contract was cancelled! This is appalling service, I was planning on moving from MTN to Vodacom, but I think Vodacom changed my mind on this move ... extract from my chat with the agent : Agent : The Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe and Samsung Galaxy A32 deal is no longer available they just haven't yet removed it from the system which is why your status came back an an Error
After waiting 6 weeks with no response from CellC or Vumatel I tried cancelling my order to try a different and smaller service provider. It has now been a week since I sent my request for cancellation to ********** and my order is still pending. I have actually been emailing them on a daily basis and my order is yet to be cancelled. Phoning the call centre is pointless as they refer you to the myfibre email address. I am not even sure if going to one of their stores would help. So do I place a new order with a different service provider only to have CellC rock up at my door 10 weeks later or wait for a response from them?
It's been a week since Telkom commented on my complaint, http://hellopeter.com/telkom/complaints/online-orders-1875147 and still no call from their accounts department.
What's the use of Telkom's online ordering if no one gets back to you? Even an email would suffice should they reject your order.<br> <br> I have tried ordering their SmartBroadband Wireless 10 GB package Online, entered all my detail and the site responded that an agent will contact me to confirm my order. Well that was a month ago. The call me back option also seems to be pointless regardless of how many times you use this function. (5+ times in my case)<br> <br> Going into the Clearwater store/s also is pointless. I tried getting a prepaid data sim from them to test the LTE signal at my home, only to wait 40 min to be told that they do not have stock.<br> <br> This begs the question, do I really want to sign a 2 year contract with them for something that might not work and impossible to get support for....
