Pathetic service! I have now been waiting for Kwikots technician for 3days to replace a geyser that is still under warranty. I called kwikot 7times and every time the technician is on his way? No call from the technician, no communication! This is unacceptable! Worst service ever! I have now been calling the line 4 times and no one answers my call, utter BS!!!
Bunch of *******! Blocked my account after payment was made and refuse to give a refund! Dont use their services

MTN IS USELESS NADIA FROM MTN COLLECTIONS I spent 5 hours on the phone yesterday being transferred from one place to another and still no queries resolved! 2 staff members from collections told me that my account will be reactivated in 30minutes, after 2 hours still no activation, I then went to an MTN branch, and they said 2 – 24hours. Now 25 hours later still nothing? I then spoke to Nadia from collections again who is no help at all, very rude! She advised that I can not speak to a supervisor as they are in meetings???? Hows that for customer service? MTN must be the worst that I have ever dealt with. I am not waiting 24hours – 7days for my account to be reactivated, this is utter BS
The worst service you will ever experience in your existence. Overnight shipping that takes 3days to deliver, parcel going missing and being delayed. Never again
USELESS! Staff are not helpful at all, charges are ridiculous and whatsapps take FOREVER to get responded I loaded money through Nedbank yesterday and its still not reflecting, i sent the proof of payment over WhatsApp and they ensured that it will be fixed I sat without electricity for 2hours yesterday and this morning it went off again?? How do u expect that i run a business if you dont fix your issues
I have always been happy with Rain 5G, but since loadshedding their tower die after 2hours and we sit with no network for another 2. Get with the time RAIN, we all need bigger batteries and better equipment for the times. Why cant you also join the party? Im currently paying over R700 just to have no network when i need it. Due to this i have decided to cancel my contract which i had for 5years as there were no support or assistance My account went uo from R599 to R749 without my consent too??
I signed up at Planet Fitness Glenanda in October 2020, I was told by Given that they are running a special that will give me free access to the gym during October, November only pay R199 and December R199, when they started billing me it was this insane amount which I did not agree upon, I signed the contract on an iPad and the contract was not shown to me...After I saw the billing in November and checked my contract it was all incorrect... (I have all the messages saved where I spoke to Given about the fees) I spoke to Given and he ensured me that he will discuss the matter with the accounts and sort my account out, till today nothing was done on my account, I spoke to a very rude lady at planet fitness - kskhosana@planetfitness.co.za which was not helpful at all as usual!!! if this is not sorted out, I will be taking it further
i applied for a Nedbank platinum card on the app and got a messgae that i cant collect my card at the glen mall, went to the glen to collect my card and they dont know anything about it and the card is not ready?? how useless is this system that you are trying to use!! now they want to order the card after i was apparently ordered on the 20th when i applied, i think this is the time to rather moveover to FNB for better customer service!! and then you still charge me for greenbucks per month which i didnt sign up for!!HOW????
I cancelled my contract on the 2nd of September 2020 as it was the end of my contract and I’m still being charged?? I’m not going to pay again until you cancel my contract!!! very easy to sign up but always an issue to cancel. CANCEL THIS CONTRACT OR IM GOING TO TAKE IT TO NCC... Getting through to someone that can help is also another issue on its own
