can't stream as dstv doesn't work
Need to sream as power off but tv need to be verified entered code website say we can login on tv but no it @$$_&&&$23_ doesn't work. What a useless company useless idiots.

*****ed me by not delivering item ordered
Ordered Addis container FROM hyper charged me R120. Did not deliver and can't get to talk or get anyone to sort out. Pathetic does nobody check that all items are delivered ??????? Shows on app item damaged but I'm still out of pocket and have no ietem. GET YOU ACT TOGETHER HOW MANY MORE PEOPLE ARE YOU *****ING

standard back no verification code sent
You idiots now require a verification code for mobile app banking but you don't send it. Now I can't access my account or money. What a f@#$_&& up and always a bunch of idiots working there. 🙏 Me to move else where as no service. Branch closed ATM vanishing what am I paying for ? Incompetence it seems.

Mweb negligence
Had issues in March. Told the support people my email address not reflecting on products. I was assured all is ok. now I cant access my emails. Support just doesnt seems to exsist. Sent emails to complaints@mweb.co.za got a standard reply but no action. My voip line is also down so cant phone on that. PATHETIC PATHETIC SERVICE AND I MUST PAY FOR YOUR GROSS NEGLIGENCE !!!!!! At this rate you'll be going out of business soon.

USSD failure so can't allocate dta and airtime.
Share data and airtime with Multi SIM. Now all day USSD does not work "unavailable" This is unacceptable get your act together tired of not getting what I'm paying for.

Mweb idiots
When you make an instant payment in the morning and then Mweb suspends your account in the afternoon. What a bunch of idiots cant get their act together it seems. We are just a cash *** they give nothing in return. Cant even get the speeds I'm paying for lately.

can't submit as their system is disfunctional
CIPC requires BO submission but then the email OTP never arrives so you can't submit. Then you go to their site to complain and what comes up page no available just like you service offering. Non exsistant.
