Getting regular updates on a fine(s), being able to process payments quick and without effort. Requesting copies of invoices ('cause my brain didn't work with my fingers to click on the link before paying), is dealt with the same day (in working hours). Haven't found another platform that is this efficient. Thanks!
Stay far away from this place ... they call and try not to do anything in writing. DO NOT SEND any information only phone calls before delivering unsoliceted good. THEN you receive an invoice to pay .. 25 - 30 days after CPA cooling off period. Can't return items as it's by law yours and you have to pay. WITH NO PO NOR BEING A REGISTERED SUPPLIER. They THREATEN and have a 'legal' team forcing you to pay.
How many times do you feel like changing debt collectors - WITHOUT GIVING THEM INFORMATION??!! Because changing from one to the next, results in NO RESULTS. Go find the email where Insolvency Court Documents were shared since March 2021 and then declared by the Court on 7 December 2021.
I have been granted insolvency in the High Court of South Africa (Western Cape Division, Cape Town) on 2 December 2021. ALL documentation including the Court Order has been emailed to the respective email addresses given. I still received daily calls, when I ask if this is a recording, all confirm YES. So when I say go find the recording of the day before, they acknowledge that they will do so BUT still I get a call. I've asked that a manager contact me to ask if any of the call centre agents know how to update a system as the call log should include a note section. MBD should be phoning the Insolvency Agency, these contact details has been shared numerously as well (go find the recordings)! FIND THE RECORDINGS!! Dial 10213, to be told by Fikele that the installation time is between 07:30 and 16:00, and she's doesn't know much. I phone again at 16:44, spoke to Thembi who noted that the system says 'something about jumper and DSL has a workload, they might call me to reschedule'.<br> <br> WELL ...
I lost my Fanatics card and requested via the website the process to get a new card issued - DEC 2014.
