Thank you Delta for delivering the new forklift so quickly. I would never go anywhere else. We have used Delta Heavy for our large and small forklift needs for 10 years after trying a few companies. Great pricing, reliable forklifts. hands-on owner-managed and amazing response times. We rely on you to keep our operations running.
I'm in the IT industry. This ISP used to be my favourite, I can now say it is truly my worst. Support used to be on hand, now it's impossible. We have been billed for Fibre applications where no fibre is available, and it's impossible to get a refund. They billed for one service for an entire year and we cannot get a credit. It's beyond bad service, that's thievery. We have cancelled all our services, and have one left to cancel. Any managers you reach promise to do something and do not follow through. I will no longer be recommending this ISP to anyone. Webafrica and Telkom should be partners.
Yet another Comair flight delayed. Its at the point that you can no longer rely on this group to get you somewhere on time. Fly Kulula and British Airways and its about missing that business meeting, missing that dinner with lifelong friends who are in Cape Town from overseas for one night, not getting home on time to make a school function for my little girl. These are just some of my experiences recently. Kulula and British Airways South Africa - get your priorities right and start thinking about your passengers as people, before you lose them. For now I shall fly Safair.
Lodged a claim online 1 week ago, and no response. I have called and left messages on the system, and the status is still unchanged. Earlier this year I had a similar issue on another property with Standard Bank Insurance, and it took weeks and weeks to resolve. Very poor form.
Delayed again! 3.5 hours wait at airport with 2 kids and missed all my business meetings for the afternoon. Thanks Comair for your consistently bad track record of leaving on time.
It is almost impossible to cancel a line with Telkom. We are still being billed from Telkom since January for a line that was cancelled, and still unresolved. You are forced to pay the bill, else they Suspend all your services, and then we have to pay ridiculous re-connection charges. Once again, we are in this situation. There is no good reason under the sun to use Telkom any longer when with any other ISP you can just transact and manage your services online, and get some customer service.
I missed my flight due to a gate change on a really chaotic night at OR Tambo with confusion and queues. When I reached the front, it was the wrong gate and the original flight was closed. Staff blamed passengers claiming they walk around looking for passengers. Accepting I will need to pay a fee, Kulula's change fees are beyond ridiculous as the last minute fares are exorbitant. Its bad enough they are always delayed. Enough loyalty, time to change preferred airlines. I will try out Safair from now on.
It is frustrating as a business to deal with lack of response, or slow response to getting line installed, and correctly configured. No account manager to deal with.
We are trying to complete a claim. Dealing with multiple service providers. We cannot reach claims department as you have to hold for 30-60 minutes to talk to someone. And then you still don't have a contact / broker / relationship person to sort it out. You have to deal with a system. Prove me wrong please...
