I can not give it a star because it doesn`t deserve any!! Francis took R250 000 in 2020 to build me a logcabin in Pearly Beach , and after a lot of excuses and then disappearance of him I am left with nothing, neither cabin or my money. Please be aware of him.!!!!!!!!!
I actually want to not even give them a star! But I'm forced to. There is a lack of communication between you as customer and the import team. Name Samantha. She was suppose to lead and guide my daughter in law to bring their pets from Uganda to SA (my daughter in law had no clue how and what to do). The previous lady called Yolanda was on top of it but then she left and handed it over to Samantha and now we are stranded with the pets in Uganda cause Samantha never followed up on payment and information and telling her they are waiting for them to make payment before anything can be processed. So the poor babies must stay in Uganda until further notice. I see this as a result of insufficient communication and help and guidance from Petport side. My advise please pet people do your research next time before you choose Petport.
No stars there is no service at all and nobody attends to your issues. Worst service provider in Somerset West. Please stay far away from them if you want a consistent internet.
This is the third time that i encountered the same problem with staff at Steers Cape Gate. I ordered a rave burger without sauce ( this happened 3 times before) and every time when i get home ..guest what..there is SAUCE ON THE BURGER!!!! On the till slip it states no sauce she confirmed with me 4 times "without sauce" and yet i came home and found sauce of the burger. I phoned the manager " Matilda" she said i must come in they will give me another burger. Why must i travel back to them???? Its there mistake!! Not mine. It was my daughters dinner. So she went without dinner tonite. Matilda refused to give me the owners number that i can take this uo with him. If it was the first time sure were all human. But after the 3rd time??? Really??? Where is the quality control manager to oversee that the food go out correctly??? Disappointing and highly disgusted. The manager asked me if i can come tomorrow they will give me anything. But my daughter wants to eat tonight! Are the stupid??
I had a very bad experience with the owner John. Took him forever to do the work and never return your calls when asking for a date. Then they promised a date and time and never pitched!!! Careful!!
This is a really good, realiable, trustworthy on time removal company! Very good amd friendly staff and the owner Philip is always willing to go that extra mile. Your furniture is in good hands with then! I can honestly recommend then for your next move!!!!
This is forsure the worst service provider in decades! Vodacom to me, after plus minus 18years , leaves a bad taste in my mouth!
<p>I specifically asked them to put the debit order through on the 26th of each month as my money only comes in during the course of the 25th. And now on the 24th they have already dedited my account. Whats going to happen if theres no money in ??? Will they hold me responsible for the extra costs??? After i have told them my money will only be in bank by 25!!!!! This is not acceptable. Who gives them the right to debit it earlier than the customers request!!</p>
