i called this company for a quote for a switch, was told they dont quote on the phone ,i have to bring in the heater ,when i told them i was 200 km away and not prepared to drive to their offices, suddenly they could give me a quote, so why lie in the first place ,typical of big 3rd world local dealership mentality when dealing with customers, then i was told if i cannot afford the quote to repair the heater,i would still have to pay r150.00 to have the heater returned to me or they keep the machine ,basically extorting money from you if their quote was too high so **** YOU DELONGHI SOUTH AFRICA,YO BUNCH OF ****ING THIEVES
if you looking for poor service,shocking service and attitude,WOOLWORTHS LINKSFIELD SQUARE will provide you with all of that,one day in the last week,there were 3 tellers allhelping one customer,a manager who who seemed to find talking to his friends more important and after asking if anyone could assist me in paying for some stuff,was told to wait and no one else could help,needless to say i left whatever i had wanted on the tellers counter,walked out and the manager did not even bother to respond to meand another customer waiting,so i from now will go to a checkers that just opened up.**** WOOLWORTHS,THEY ALWAYS NEVER GIVE A **** ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS

once again the joke that is defy continues,after waiting a month for a fridge repair,then having to call charles at repairs,to be promised the fridge would be delivered on fri 2 oct,now its tuesday,having heard a thing,called the defy no,only to get a busy signal and then the operators at defy call service ,who really dont give a**** whether your call is connected just put the phone down on you without checking the call.its a ****ing joke with these clowns,mearly 3 months to fix a fridge,**** OFF
after booking a service call on the 11 aug,1 month ago the brainless fools at defy have not bothered to contact me or collect the fridge for repair,after calling again on the 24 aug,still no response from this 3rd world bunch of ****ing idiots who clearly dont give a **** about their clients,typical of nearly all south african companies buncj of useless fools,just spoken to a manager named vanessa who promised to get back to me asap,lets see how long this **** show continues,**** YOU DEFY
why would whirlpool SA allow their suppliers of parts to tell customers to drive to the other side of jhb instead of just ordering the parts to the customers closest store,i was told by TECSA that if i wanted a part i must pay the courier costs or drive from randburg to the other side of town to get the part ,after calling whirlpool south africa and after been told that JAY would call me back,obviously this has not happened so **** whirlpool south africa ,ill just go back to defy stoves

the scum at discovery bank,who when asked to close an account refuse to help.they say 72 hours and 5 days later,not a call or e mail confirming this,although they promised to resolve it,when I called on sat with a ref no,i was told to wait 7 days,and after an argument with a very rude consultant ,who refused to escalate my issue, she then slammed down the phone. its obvious discovery bank treat all their customers the same ,whether its medical aid ,insurance or any other prouducts its always the same garbage from them,so **** YOU DISCOVERY,BUNCH OF ****ING PARASITES
in a pandemic these parasites at standard bank phone me all day offering a credit increase,I'm struggling to keep my job and all they ****ing care about is getting you into more debt, is disgusting yet it's all day with phone calls or sms..just **** off and leave me alone and whoever else you are trying to force to get more in debt
