What a ****! after 11 weeks and full payment we are still waiting for our marketing video and photo's. Very unprofessional in their approach to service delivery and communication to client which is near to non-existent.
Most unprofessional, non-accurate valuations of vintage vehicles done by this company. Even though I paid the exorbitant account, I asked the owner not to disclose information of the valuations done to a third party, which he ignored and did.
What a scam! Operating through rentuncle website in Cape Town. You have to pay in the deposit, breakage deposit and admin fee before viewing. The viewing never took place, with the person answering the phone throwing it down in your ear.. Quite rude considering he scammed me out of thousands of rands.
Exam finalization handled unprofessional and unpractical for people who booked overseas trips, which now falls in A3 because of university closure for a week. Students could have written on-line from where-ever in the world, now has to write at a venue not accessible to everybody. Overseas trip has to be cancelled, because the date for application for re-embur*****t for some of the costs was yesterday. Inconsiderate to say the least
After having turbo issues on my new XC 40 bought from Volvo Silver Lakes, they could not get the fault, nor offered a courtesy car while looking into it. After having previous issues with that dealership, I turned to Volvo Nelspruit. I was a new client, but they still offered me a courtesy car for three weeks while fixing the turbo etc. Hats off to them. They managed to find the fault, fix it, and deliver my Volvo more than 200km from their dealership. Outstanding service
After dealing with this company for +- 5 years where they wrapped our company's vehicles and made signs to specs, the graphic designer - Pieter Connoway is giving us the "cold shoulder" when we enquire about services that needs to be rendered. Mails are not answered and phone calls are not returned. A 70% design fee is applicable all of a sudden, after we have been given them business for more than 5 years. I have already taken my business elsewhere
Nadine Kent were quick to phone and mail to get info for quote, but never came back to me. When enquiring about my quote, she does not open my mail. Very bad reflection on the business. Will definitely never use them again.
Application for courses in 2022 was submitted timeously in 2021. 7 months down the line we were informed the course is full, and we don't comply to the minimum standards, which we do. Nobody answers the phone at their student centre, no e-mail gets returned. Unprofessional behaviour and a disappointment to higher educational institutions in South Africa
After my posting, the owner Syd made contact, sorted out my order and had in installed the next week. He communicated daily about the order. That is how it should be done, seeing we pay for a top class product that is not cheap. Thanks Syam. Well done
NON-EXISTING SERVICE. The only word to describe them. Astonishing. Call centre cuts you off 7 times in a row. If you do come through to report a faulty line, they keep you on hold and cut you off. No reply on emails.
