I have been a telkom customer for approximately 45 years .In april i closed my telkom accnt and made a final payment .I had made an excess payment and as per telkom i had a refund on 9th May via an email. I have repeatedly phned telkom requesting the refund .To no avail .Last week i spoke to a mr Nhlanhla who promised to return my call which was Never done.After being a loyal telkom customer for 4and a half decades is this how telkom treats its customers . Incidently their billing system is So Pathetic in the last 5 yrs it Leaves much to be desired .To my knowledge the refund should have been done in may when the excess amt was paid ,not me Requesting my refund .If the mone Does Not Belong to you Return it
I have a vodacom contract phne an a vodacom prepaid phne .For the past 4 mnths I have been billed R413 extra .from (R569 to R988) .Numerous calls to vodacom customer care since February have been made Lasting 45 mins to 1 hrin an attempt to resolve this .However to no avail. I have been promised this would be resolved 7 to 14 working days .end of mnth since February. To no avail Nobidy at Vodacom is prepared to Assist you In February I was informed by Ms Zimela Vodacom rewarded me with A 50 GB on my contract phne an 200MB on my prepaid phne .However I did not Authorize this .I received no call SMS or email an coincidentally I was in hospital as an ICU pt on the 5th January. I have requested for the call log to be urgently pulled out to Prove I Did not Action the Rewards . Vodacom to Date has not given me the Call Log an Continues to Bill me this Exorbitant amount
I had purchased a milex airfryer cash in November 2021 from games amanzimtoti for my daughter. 1 mnth later it was making a Loud noise .I took it back 2 the store and the gentleman who assisted me said there was dust stuck in the fan and was returned 2 me However in March this yr the airfryer stopped working completely. Unfortunately the slip was misplaced .My daughter phoned and sent repeated emails (15 which I have proof of ) requesting 4 the voucher no 2 retrieved to no Avail . I went 2 games Amanzimtoti customer services games on 30th July and the lady who assisted me paged 4 a Mr Milano x3 tyms over 45 mins who was unavailable..I requested her 2 please ask Mr Milano to phne me .Mr Milano phoned me 2 days later and told me to bring in the airfryer and he would send it 4 repairs and if after 14 days it is still faulty he would replace me with a new one( which I am not really interested in Rater another make) On Saturday 30th July I took the airfryer to Games and am then told Mr Milano No longer works there .Really Distressing However Ms Fundile Mntunge paged for the person who could assist me but she was on Lunch Ms Fundile was able 2 retrieve my voucher no ( which my daughter was trying 2 get from March this yr over 2 mnths With repeated phne calls and about 15 emails to no Joy. Since the person who was suppose 2 Log my airfryer 4 repairs was un available some 45mins later Ms Funfile took down my details and said I would recve and sms or email once the item is sent . Inspire of me leaving 2 cell nos and 2 email adress 1 week later I recve no Sms or email .Also Interesting is that I recve no invoice or document 2 say I left the Airfryer there. I phned the game store on 6 /8/22 and Mr Victor had absolutely no communication from the customer service dept about the airfryer. He attempted 2 put me through 2 a Non functioning customer service dept to which I Refused .He said he will call me Back in 5 mins .which did not occur DOES GAMES AMANZIMTOTI HAVE ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION AND IS THIS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE .Having purchased cash 4 an expensive item.Does a Customer really Need this Runaround I'm still waiting for Mr Victor 2 call me back in 5 minutes I Definitely would not use Games Sore Again Mrs K Noor Mahomed
I purchased a laptop on 18/4/21 to the value of R13000 Cash from Makro. The salesman that assisted me was a Mr K Rampersad who was extremely helpful.Makro did not have a boxed set of the HP laptop monitor I wanted .I had asked them to check with their warehouse or supplier which they did and they didn't have stock .However I was assured by Mr Rampersad that I would not have a problem. My daughter used the laptop +_ 4 tyms and 1 an half months later the laptop kept on Crashing (comes up with a Blue screen) . I took the laptop back to Makro and Mr Rampersad called his Manager a Ms Rani who very Rudely told me that the laptop needs to be sent back to HP and I need to give them 10 days .She kept on Stressing CPA (as if customers have No Consumer Rights ) I was told verbally that makro would communicate via sms regarding assessment of the HP laptop However I have Not received a Single SMS from makro or HP minus initial sms When I handed my laptop in Makro repairs invoice say FEEDBACK WILL BE GIVEN ON A REGULAR BASIS .10 days have passed and No sms or phonecal from either makro or FEEDBACK has been given . HI I Recently wrote a Negative review regarding Vodacom .I emailed twice .this pm trying to give a Feedback regarding my experience .However my emails were Blocked. WHY SO Certainly BLOCKED BY VODACOM Ms K Noor Mahomed 0723297456
I phoned vodacom on 31st/5/21 with the intention of canceling 2 of my data contracts(R299 for 30 gigs ) which had gone over 24mnths period. I was informed by a vodacom consultant Ms Sindy Mbatha that vodacom currently has Specials the same 30 gigs for R93. I was Amazed @ this offer .I explicitly asked the consultant to cancel my initial contracts and sign me up for this R93 -30 gigs specials. I phoned vodacom the following day with the intention of taking these specials for two of my siblings The vodacom consultant by the name of Nikita told me that my initial data contracts was not canceled and that 2 New Contracts were added on. She also told me that Vodacom has No Specials 30 gigs for R93 I was irate because instead of canceling my expired contracts which I explicitly asked Ms Mbatha to do She added on 2 more contracts Also lied to me regarding the two data 30 gigs for R93 Ms Nikita told me she would get Ms Mbathas manager to phne me. The manager Ms Delaine phned me some 4 hours later She Verified that Ms Mbatha had given me False information She verbally apologized to me She told me about the various data deals available and we agreed she would phne me the following day at 12 noon (during my lunch after I discussed with my son which regarding which data deals to take as I did not want to be Conned again. That call was never returned by Ms Delaine (manager from vodacom) Instead I phoned everyday for a week trying to get your manager Ms Delaine to cancel my initial 2 data contracts which she promised she would do . I'm sitting with 4 Data contracts I have been Conned by both your manager and vodacom sales consultant I have made numerous calls 2 vodacom and Nobody is prepared to assist you . I have been a vodacom customer 4 past 16 yrs and is this how vodacom treats Loyal customers Please Assist me Ms K Noor Mahomed NB This is the last email I am sending Regarding this matter as well as I have No Intention to Phone your customer services dept Again . I purchased an outfit for my daughter on 10/10/19 to the value of R1650 from Memsaab .4 days later i took the garment back to the store to return as it did not fit her. I was told by the person who assisted me Ms Sherita Grey that she could not give me a cash refund ( As it was not their store policy), but instead will give me a refund voucher. I informed her that this is a violation according to the Consumer Protection Act. Mrs Grey then contacted her head office and spoke to Mrs Amina Hamid who via Mrs Grey directed me to their website. Mrs Hamid refused to speak to me. At this stage I was upset as this was not a cheap garment and I did not want a refund voucher and MORE ESPECIALLY this is violating our rights as customers. Mrs Reena Rajkumar also a manager at the Head Office spoke to me telling me it is not their company policy. SO WHATEVER HAPPENED TO THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT? ARE WE NOT PROTECTED BY THESE RUTHLESS SHOPS WHO HAVE TOTAL DISREGARD FOR NATIONAL LAWS. 0723297456
I purchased a STAINLESS STEEL Bread bin from sattars cash and carry .2 mnths later i found rust inside the bread bin .When i went to store this morning having travelled from the South Coast i had a very NASTY experience .The gentleman that assisted me said to me he cannot do anything after he spoke to the manager I asked to speak to manager .Avery RUDE person by the name of Abdulrahman (I think) tell me theres nothing he can do and started talking me down .My ? is if you purchase a stainless steel item you dont expect it to rust .According to this manager its NORMAL to RUST and therefore he cannot exchange it or give me a refund
