I went to do my Sim swap from the Sim card that was still work coz it didn't have 5g capability. After Sim swap my number can't go to WhatsApp anymore. Bye Mtn
I was using the old simcard for years. i just bought the new phone A34. now i went to MTN Festival Mall to do the sim swap. now i can't even get whatsapp message to verify my account. i even put the sim on another phone but no luck. Those ladies don't customers with respect and dont want to listen to you. Now i can't see important whatsapp messages. It is best to switch to Vodacom
One of the biggest mistakes was to join this company as an insurance. I repeat never and never join an insurance where you will loose your money.
Capitec will **** you by sending debit orders. when you go to the branch they will tell you that those were ads on your phone that you subscribe to. I have 3 months of which I didn't change any settings on my phone. Why those debit orders don't come again. That is why they are making profit using ****ming tactics. You money will disappear
I bought a TV on Friday 13 Sep 2024. I couldn't even connect any android devices except Android TV boxes. I can't connect my cellphone via Bluetooth. I can't connect gamepad controller via Bluetooth. Then they say this is the latest TVs from Hisense. Don't buy Hisense 55"4K Smart ULED TV. Useless TV

Insurance chose this company to replace my windscreen. On Monday they wanted to change the glass. we scheduled for Thursday. Now they are telling me they have the wrong part. I have been with King Price for 3.5yrs. I then decide to take my cars to be insured by them. Worse mistake I have made. I just lost my 3 phones. When you claim they do is treat you like a *****. I spoke to my lawyer and since I have opened a case at police station and blocked the phones it is up to the police to investigate. My plan is to look for another insurance as quick as possible. I don't want nothing to do with with King Price
They will keep debiting you and when it is the time to claim they will come with story. This company is a *****. When i took the policy they didnt tell me information that you will get when claiming. They send the debit order with the reference where you can't reverse the debit order.
