I've been trying to sort this out since last week, called and emailed and Tymebank just ignores me. In 2021, I received my salary via EFT from my company and my husband went to Pick n Pay Fourways to deposit his salary into my account to pay the rent. The cashier made a mistake and put the wrong amount into my account. YOU took the money back out of my account, even the R1000 that was NOT yours. I opened a case with the Ombudsman and they deposited the R1000 back into my account. My account was on debit hold since then. I want immediate access to my account NOW, it's my money and you are keeping it *******ly from me. I will report this to the media if nobody contacts me today, I'm tired of you ignoring me!
I am extremely disappointed in Shoprite Witpoortjie. Firstly, I am a very ill person and I am unemployed. My husband is the breadwinner and doesn’t earn a lot of money. Today, we went to Shoprite to buy a few groceries for our whole family for the night. We had a little extra money left over and I asked my husband if I could get myself a chocolate as I love chocolate and I don’t ever get to have any because of our financial situation. When we get home, no chocolate in the packet. The cashier packed the groceries for us and I don’t know if she intentionally didn’t pack it or forgot to. I never complain about anything in general, but I am being taken advantage of because I’m old and thin and obviously look sick and this is the last straw now. This is not the first time that this Shoprite has ****** me, I also didn’t receive a packet of teabags that we bought in July but I didn’t have the slip to prove it. I have my slip with the chocolate and I expect it to be replaced by Shoprite or the cashier. You can look at the CCTV footage from that time to see what happened and you can even see me asking my husband if I could get a chocolate. This is very hurtful Shoprite and you should do the right thing honestly. Thank you
Bought R70 airtime from my FNB cellphone banking and paid off my emergency recharge airtime, think I only owe R1.50 Got an sms from CellC now saying I owe R62, I have screenshots of the sms and bank transaction. Please update my details and stop sending me messages that I owe you. I have had many issues with CellC towards the end of last year with not getting loadshedding data when I was often buying R25 daily 1 Gig data and now you just want more money from me
I paid off my loan in full in November 2022 and at the end of every month Fasta send me smses and emails saying I owe them money and try to debit my bank account numerous times leaving me with a negative balance that affects my salary and also blacklists me from taking a loan elsewhere. I sent an email last week to Fasta to stop trying to debit my account and settle my account on your system and I am being ignored, I even got another message this morning saying that you tried to debit my account AGAIN. I am fed up, I will be taking matters further unless this is rectified TODAY!
Wonga debited my account on 20 December 2022 and on 28 December 2022 and on top of that fraudulently created a new debit order without my consent and without even a loan renewal
I’ve rated CellC before and I’m unapologetic. You all know that when it’s loadshedding, your “free” data is irrelevant and doesn’t give you the supposed 3 days grace you have whether loadshedding or not. I bought bundle on Monday afternoon (1 Gig) and it’s Wednesday and I don’t get free loadshedding data Please do not contact me for a comment, instead load data owed to me on 0625142525
I could not unfortunately rate Cell C with 0 stars. I have been a prepaid customer at Cell C for years, I have always enjoyed the data bundle prices as compared to other networks. Recently, Cell C has offered free loadshedding data to customers because of loadshedding. I have been buying airtime and paying back emergency airtime on time and buying data bundles. Now all of a sudden when I bought 30megs daily data, I don’t qualify for free loadshedding data, so how much daily data must I f-ing buy to qualify? I am a Rain customer and unfortunately my router broke and it’s R499 uncapped per month for Rain, so basically with Cell C’s rates and Ts&Cs I should rather go onto Capitec or Telkom until my Rain router is sorted out coz I still get nothing from Cell C
I wish I could give 0 stars!!!!! We bought items including 2 flip files and a box of crayons for our 3 year old son from Clicks in Boulders Shopping Centre in Midrand at 17:36 today (26 Jan 2021). Our son is starting creche TOMORROW and needed the flip files and crayons to start TOMORROW!!!!! Cashier Lufuno Mudau STOLE it, we saw no items on the counter after he packed our other things in packets. We got home at 18:00, no flip files and crayons in our packets. I demand Clicks to hold him responsible and replace those items by Wednesday, 27 Jan 2021 or else I will be in contact with your CEO Vikesh Ramsunder on my LinkedIn work profile. Review the CCTV, You will see the theft taking place. I have the slip and photo of the slip on my phone.
I have a complaint about the new adverti*****t for Maynards sweets, where a girl in an office eats the sweets and the objects in the office become jellified. She then jumps off desks, chairs, the stairs etc. My 3 year old watched the ad as it is played throughout the day and he jumped off his bedroom cupboard and got hurt. Other children can do the same, luckily I don’t have stairs or he would have jumped off that. Please remove the advert from TV.
