I placed an Online order #MAK4426914 with Makro on 24.03.2023 a confirmed order and received confirmation of order which was said to be delivered in 2-5 working days. Coincidently this is my first Makro online order as I am a Takealot client but on this occasion Makro advertised an available product for a price I was willing to pay so I decided to place my first order with Makro online. This was also meant to be a birthday present for my daughter on the 25.03.2023 but I was aware that it can take 2-5 working days. Please note that upon reading the fine print of order the supplier (distribution channel) is EVO Games who have confirmed 8no in stock. Just remember that valuable piece of information as I make my point. EVO Games confirmed that they have 8xno. in stock and checked with their warehouse this morning the 27.03.2023 and confirmed to be true. This morning the 27.03.2023 I check my order status on Makro to make plans to have someone collect at my house and am surprised to see now a red exclamation mark on order and suddenly they have now placed that particular product labeling it "out of stock". This is not true as the supplier (distribution channel) "EVO Games" has confirmed 8xno in stock and obviously Makro must have got the price incorrectly advertised as it's R100 more on EVO Games. I have a confirmed price with Makro on said product and their distribution channel has confirmed that the said product is indeed still in stock. Makro honor your clients order. I await feedback from Makro.
To whom it may concern, I am absolutely disgusted with Clientele Legal with whom have refused to represent me for exposing a company with whom is not paying employees taxes to SARS and pocketing it for themselves thus deducting from employees salaries and defrauding the South African government. Clientele Legal are now stating that they will not represent me as TAX is not covered by the policy however I disagree as this is a LABOUR matter and the fact that it relates to salary. I want Clientele Legal to have a lawyer represent me to expose this criminal company and get my IRP5 from them as they are acting Criminally and defrauding the South African Government and SARS. If Clientele still refuses to assist then I no longer want to be a client. However I am still covered for this event as described to them in detail and clientele needs to honour their clients claim. We beyond calls and emails to employer. A lawyer is needed to represent me in court. If Clientele legal agrees to assist I will come back as a client which I have already been for many years.

I called A & R Gate Auto (A & R Gate Automation) over the weekend 07.11.2020 after being a loyal customer to them before. I asked them if they have expertise to remove my prepaid meter which he confirmed he did and paid them for that service. This involved rerouting wiring the DB. The technicians smelt of liquor and they seemed not to know what they were doing. When they couldn't reroute the wiring properly they had to get another electrician to fix the problem. They then left leaving me with a problem. Now the swimming pool pump did not work. I called them again they came to site again smelling of liquor and they then said the cabling for the pool had to be redone. After checking the cameras I noticed they were also fiddling with the Jacuuzi box. It was later found that A&R Auto also left the heating element on the jacuzzi on which then melted sitting me with now 2 expensive problems. I found this odd as the pool was working fine before they removed the prepaid meter so on the 11.11.2020 I got a second opinion from another trusted electrician who said cabling was not required for the pool and A & R Auto messed up the wiring at the DB and it was inexperience from A&R Auto who did not know how to wire a DB and also A & R Auto inexperience with Jacuzzis of leaving heating elements on when there is no water. I am now filing a police report and small claims court as I find it hard to believe that this company will come to your house and deliberately break things. I now put it to A & R to refund me the monies I paid for them to rectify DB or else I will have no alternative to take legal action.

Chicken Licken Bryanston on Sloane street double charges their clients. I went to Chicken Licken in Bryanston on Sloane street on the 15 September 2020 at 16:56:40 and Wendy took my order #3266 which amounted to R137.90. I then noticed on my bank messages on my phone that Chicken Licken Bryanstonon Sloane street double charges. I request Chicken Licken to bring their Bryanston Sloane Street franchise into questioning as I notice on the web that this is not the first time this is happening and who knows how many customers are unawares of this and how much money they are stealing from other customers who do not notice?
For months now I have poor internet FIBRE speeds. I pay for a 20mbps line but to date my speed tests indicate a connection speed of 0-4mbps line. I demand an explanation when this will be fixed as for months I have been paying for a 20mbps line. Whats the point paying so much if we end up with a standard connection for months???? Please fix or refund me my monies.
