MTN Fibre dont care after you purchase Fibre Line. It is Super Sonic behind it. When you see MTN Catalogue, you see MTN Fibre and go for it. But after you purchased the line. there is no customer service. I went to MTN Stores but no service. they simply tell you to contact Super Sonic, which service poorer than MTN. Presently I am relocating and struggling to get hold of them. on Web, it says you must pay the next month bill before you log a relocation request. I paid April installment also in advance through credit card but still it is asking the same thing. I am disappointed. There is whats App Number that will never work. it says it is under maintenance. It is MTN Fibre, who needs to give service not Super Sonic. There is nothing like MTN Fibre. MTN is not the service provider. it is a sham. I need immediate response as I am willing relocate this weekend.

Due to my health issues, I went into arrears with FNB CC and personal Loan, I have successfully cleared FNBCC arrears last month. my Personal Loan was not in Credit Bureau and already paid 2 agreed installments toward personal loan. as my FNB CC is cleared then My Personal Loan immediately appeared in adverse info on my credit bureau in spite of my successful payments for past 2 months, This establishes that FNB does not give a chance for the ill fated customer to recover and stand financially to repay the arrears in default. I don't know why FNB taking revenge on defaulted customers. this action from FNB deprives me from my job opportunities as it continuously keeping my name in credit bureau even after my best efforts to clear all the arrears one by one. FNB taking very long time to give paid up letters that deprives me from being active on the job market. I have settled FNB credit Card 30th of April 2022 but till date I have not received any paid-up letter and clear my name from credit bureau. It has been 23 days since I paid full settlement. FNB must acknowledge this paid-up letter issuance is a delicate thing and involves a person to get on to the life by getting jobs. the quicker the better so that he can recover early to get going with life. it is ridiculous that FNB takes 6 - 8 weeks to issue a paid-up letter. Why? FNB give loans in a moment but not paid-up letters? Why?
I have taken Rain 5G to my home few days ago. when they checked on the system, confirmed that my area under 5G network in Sandton. But from Day1 I am struggling to connect. lots of Fluctuations. it gets connected for one moment and get disconnect next moment. Big Frustation. It is difficult living with it. I called Mr. Austin from cancellation department, he was adamant not to cancel my subscription and kept on asking for use it one more day. I dont understand why these people not supportive. I have to test the device one more day by going around my house wall by wall with the device if it works. I exercised almost all the time. But no luck. I request you guys kindly cancel my subscripiton with out any charges as your promise to give me uninturrupted network not fulfilled.
I have paid total 6 fines though this site. But only one of them being displayed as paid on the AARTO Site. It is really dangerous to any citizen who paid up but still they are not reflected on the Official Govt Site. I don't know if there is any problem in their software or taking my money and not paying to the relevant official departments. What if I am screened at a roadblock even after I paid up the fines. I am a scared customer now.
This is the worst company ever I came across in my life. I strongly request people to stay away from this kind of companies, where they think that customers are beggars. it one and half year of our battle to get our Dinning Table replacement. Finally they asked us to come to the store and select another Dining Table. then we decided to finish the headache. we went and selected another table and paid the difference amount last week. Now again they called me to say there is some financial department problem to issue your previous amount as the transaction is very old one. we dont know where to go and hit our heads. Such a low customer care, i have never seen any where not in the road side shops. It is a very big price we paying just because we decided to buy furniture from Rochester. Guys plz be aware of this. you date not go to the store. we pay very high price if any thing goes wrong with your furniture. Rochester will make sure that you and your family will eat break fasts, lunches and dinners on the couches, coz you make a decision to buy from Respected Rochester. I am a Royal Beggar who spent 15999 rands for dining table and taking food on my couches with my family since past18 months. it is Sin i have made and taking the punishment. Thanks Rochester.
I have raised a complaint with OUTsurance for the leakage of the water in my premises as they are my insurance company. then they sent plumbers from IMBAZO Trading. it was waste of time and energy. These guys were very slow and not fully professional in what they are doing. instead of checking the water leakage problem, they decided to bypass the pipeline and fix the water pipe on the wall on a feet high. means the water pipe running all along the wall and visible. I am highly disappointed with them and outsurance, When i escalated this to my insurance company they took at least 10 days to come back. very negligent and pathetic service. Plz say No to Imbazo Trading incase any insurance company wants rub you on your fate. It is a waste of time. My experience with them is very bad.

The incident took place in mid December but till date (12 of Jan) my pavement is in bad shape, they left the rubble there for a month now. they dig the whole place and left like this. I am really pity on myself. Very Poor Service by outsurance in responding and helping their clients. I dont recommend outsurance. I think they got huge client base which they cant cope up with. Time now to Think of better Alternatives.
