Spur promote app with benefits to customers. Part of it is earning points and earn vouches with points earned. Also promote gift cards vouchers. I bought a R800 voucher via my app to be send to my son to use in PTA to stick my grandchildren @ Spur Hartbee****rt. No points was added to my app. By taking up with customer care they confirmed voucher and claim BUT confirmed as I was not here NO points was earned. ********* **** by SPUR. Only answer is "sorry for inconvenience" and I must accept NO POINTS for R800 spend as it was a voucher. Customers needs to be warned about this ********* way Spur ***** from loyal customers. Everything proved on system BUT NOT INTERESTED to rectify. Happy to score on client (***** FROM CLIENT)
I bought now 3 ABSA repossessed cars from Park Village Auctions in PE the past 6 months. Now for the third time NCO was never send to traffic department resulting in me not being able registering the vehicle in my name. They keep on making excuses with no result. Stuck again with purchase I made before Father's day.
Lodge complaint SEVERAL times & got case numbers & names of people working & investigating my case. Asked me to give them 21 working days to investigate. Still no feedback at all except that lady MBali who helped me first was new and did not know correct procedure. Nedbank in position of phone recordings of all our conversations but prefer to keep silent now, afraid of more recordings. Meantime my money just lost.
Lodge complaint with Nedbank regarding *****ulent transaction on my card on 18 November 2024. Lady Mbali helped me and confirmed transaction has been loaded but NOT approved. In order to stop approval, she recommended me to cancel immediately my credit card - which I did. Regardless authorisation was done and money was deducted. I lodged a further complaint where I was informed Mbali was new and made a mistake. I was then informed to complete a dispute form and that they need 21 working days to investigate, although ALL phone calls have been recorded. In spite of several emails to Mbali & other NO reply from Nedbank & money gone. Nedbank quite aware of info of *****ulent account but prefer to protect ****mers and make more money on transaction fees & new cards.
Had a bond with them for 17 years. Property in process of selling for almost a year due to FNB first loss the Title deed. Then process of advertising to request new Title deed done wrong and last straw submitted WRONG documents by lodging in December. Still making interest on a bond that was supposed to be cancelled 6 months ago.
I ordered NP 200 dci injectors. Nathan helped me and offered me the injectors @ R5k. He said he needed my Credit card number to close the offer as he had to order it. I insisted on an invoice. He send me video of inside of shop as well as photo of injector & outside of shop. After payment he recon payment not thru, I must present another credit card. I've send him POP. From then promises delivery via RAM couriers. Still nothing. Seems address in Beaufort Wes belong to a filling station.
I got an interest free account with Edgars for over 30 years. Suddenly Edgars charged "FEES" of R28 p/m WITH interest although my account is paid in advance. I NEVER agreed to any "FEES or INTEREST" with Edgars. No communication or contract of agreement regarding any changes on my account. Edgars attitude "It is what it is"
Thanks to DSTV "upgrading" we were unable to stream anymore with our HISENSE TV. Several complaints even on hellopeter result in "sorry for the inconvenience, we look into it." Needles to say they did NOTHING. Thanks to HISENSE TV they listened to us, their client and walked the extra mile to sort us out. We HIGHLY appreciate the constant assistance they gave us TILL the problem was solved. GREAT THANKS HISENSE for excellent service.
MKR Auto sales can NOT be trusted. Ray the director & his finance lady Roxy will ignore you when they KNOW they owes you money. Also in habit of ignoring customer complaints. Pleas have a look at all "hellopeter" complaints. They just ignore customer complaints and NEVER reply - because they know they are doing the wrong thing. Be aware of MKR. Very friendly salesman with the sale to close it, afterwards you NOTHING, just move on to the next customer. Management NOT interested in customers.
Discovery ride on their name. In case of claim they want to settle me on the lowest quote they could get from a very poor substandard panalbeater. Panalbeater complaints for everyone to see on hellopeter.com but the want me to make use of him because he is the cheapest. That is NOT why I am paying high insurance premiums. I want my car to be repaired to the state it was before their client rearended my car. Took it up with them, only promised to look into it & come back. NOTHING.
