Wellora
I oredred a product advertised online from Wellora on the 12th September for R599.00 with my credit card. To date I still have not received the product in spite of twice filling out a form on their contact site. Beware as this is obviously a **** site!!!

Bad Service
If you want BAD SERVICE in Pretoria go to the Mugg and Bean in Brooklyn Mall. I popped in for a bite to eat around 14:00. I sat at a table in plain view of all wait staff for about 17 minutes without one of them offering me a menu or even asking me if I wanted anything. The one waiter brought the bill for a lady sitting at the table right next to me,another cleared a table 2 tables down when the patrons had left. I eventually got up and complained to the Senior Manager on duty. I may as well as have been talking to the wall. Not interested in the least. The restaurant at most had about 10 people so was not busy.

Insurance claim
Excellent service when my laptop was damaged. Due to the severity of the damage they decided to pay out for a replacement in record time. Totally appreciated. I always recommend them to my friends. This is the first time I have had to claim for them and am very impressed with their rapid and timeous action. Thank you once more.

Restaurant gem
A true gem of a restaurant situated in the suburb of Capital Park, Pretoria. Down a quiet cul de sac is this special find. The food is exceptionally delectable with good size portions served with a choice of 3 sides. There are a choice of different specials every day for sit down or take away. The desserts are sheer heaven. Pop in at 193 Venter Street, Capital Park for a very delectable lunch experience.

Insurance RIP OFF!!!
DO NOT!!!! use Techsured(underwritten by Guardrisk Insurance Company) for electrical or computer/laptop cover. My laptop, HP EnvyX360, is insured for accidental breakage and loss. The monthly premium for this is R353.30 which includes a yearly increase of 8% as well as an excess of 15% for any claim. The exact same cover is R48.21( without an excess) per month with Outsurance. A yearly saving of R3661.08. I have sent 4 letters to Guardrisk Insurance as the underwriters to this policy querying their excessive premium structure to no avail. All I get back from them is an automated computer generated letter informing me that they have received my query. To date I have not been contacted by any agent or consultant, indicative of the uncaring level of service offered by most Insurance companies

An oasis in a gastronomic wilderness
Had the most delicious food and top notch service served at Moo Moo Restaurant in Mall@Reds in Centurion on Monday at lunchtime. The food was scrumptious and well portioned. The manager on duty is very attentive of his patrons. His demeanor is friendly, inviting but not intrusive. The service by our waiter, Norest, was friendly, efficient and highly professional, The experience all round was exceptionally delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are shopping or visiting in the area.

Laptop repair
Took my laptop to Huge PC Computer Distributors in Centurion to be fixed. The quote was just a little over R6000.00. You have to pay the full amount up front before they will fix your device and then it takes 4 to 6 weeks before you get it back. Went to the bank to draw the cash and went to pay. Asked if I could get any discount. Lol. Comoany policy---NO!!!! DISCOUNT FOR CASH. Could anyone recommend an ethical computer company in Pretoria should I need to take my laptop in for servicing or repairs in the future

Complaint
Very disappointed in the Dischem Lynwood Lane Pharmacy branch. I have my hair styled at the hairdressing salon attached to the pharmacy so did shopping in the pharmacy awhile back. On check out the cashiers di not have have any stickers in stock for the promotional Disney give-away range. The young lady took my cell phone number to contact me when these were available. Yesterday I was contacted to come and collect these stickers. Toady I went there with my nearly completed sticker card, filled up the card and handed it to the lady at the customer service desk. She informed that they were out of stock of the particular Disney range. She took down my cell phone number to contact me when they receive stock. While there I decided to stock up on my vitamin range only to find that the Vitamin C range had only 500cc in stock and not 1000cc. Disappointment on disappointment. When I voiced my dissatisfaction with the management team in the office, the two gentlemen and the young lady had a very laissez-faire attitude about it. Unfortunately the management team at this branch is very lacking in management. Such a pity
