The "better rewards" program is a farce. Dont be mis-led by them. It is a joke forcing purchases from other departments before you qualify for a deal price. Do yourselves a favour - dont support!
One of their drivers sped in our estate and i got the fine. When i spoke o the driver he said it was not his problem. Tried to raise this with the head office - no response. Shocking!!!!
Waited 2hours and 2 minutes on the phone to talk to their technical team only to be cut off when I was 1st in line. The are useless which is why I cancelled my fibre line with them. Do yourself a favour - don’t use them!
The Checkers 60/60 initiative is great, except when their motorbike delivery arm disobeys all traffic rules, overtaking on solid white lines, going through red robots and speeding. If this is what you envisioned then well done, but if you are a company that abides by the law of the land, I suggest you change their behavior.
The local press had a pamphlet in from PnP Hypermarkets advertising deals under R100. Herein they featured “Buy 2 Satiskin Foam bath” for R100, which i went to the store to do. Only, when i got to the till they said it was a different combination of product. Fortunately i had the advert with me and produced it. They called the “manager” who said it was wrong and they also have the right to refuse to sell them to me. She did say they had printed an apology, but that was nowhere to be seen. Fantastic customer service! Well PnP - i also have a right. The right to refuse to buy anything from you again, as well as the right to tell all my friends and contacts how poor you are. Hopefully enough people will realise that this sort of service is unacceptable and decide to vote with their wallets. You seriously need to look inward and sort yourselves out or else Shoprite and Spar will eat you alive. It does not help spending money on revamps if the front of your store delivers this “service”. Shame on you!
Hypermarkets advertise 1Lt Amarula 2 for R320. So i go to the Hypermarket and get told that the product is discontinued!!! What a JOKE! Why advertise it then? Why must i waste my petrol to drive out of my way? Pathetic!
Don't go to Life Groenkloof if you have any choice in the matter. My wife had a knee replacement and was admitted to high care where they would look after the post operative pain and care. There was no control of pain and they had no clue what to do. One of the sisters was extremally rude and obnoxious. My wife had no food brought for lunch, dinner or breakfast the next day following surgery. When they did find something for her to eat she could not eat it (she only eats chicken). When they came to take out the drain they started unwrapping the dressing (should not do) until my wife told them to stop and just pull the drain out. After an argument, they eventually did as told by my wife (the patient) and learned how to do it. WOW!! STAY AWAY PEOPLE!
Before coming to Hello Peter, I did submit my complaint online to Woolworths to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation. I have had no feedback in almost a week. Basically we bought a packet of wraps that clearly state there are 6 in a packet - perfect for a family of 3. Only there were not 6 in a pack - there were only 5. At 7:00pm at night its not ideal to try come up with plan B, especially when they are Low Fat and KJ controlled! Way to spoil my dinner!
DSTV have unilaterally decided to stop supporting their mobile devises that everyone invested in. So if you have a Walka or something similar - tough! Don't worry about your investment that is now worth nothing. DSTV don't care about it. I suggest you think very carefully before you invest in their technology because it may just be dropped from their range shortly. Hello Netflix - here I come!
<p>I recently raised an issue with Kelloggs pertaining to the fact that almost 1/5 of a packet of Bran flakes was dust, not flakes. They ackinowledged receipt of my email and said soemone would get back to me within 48 hours. That was 10 days ago - i guess they sent the message via an ox wagon becuase i have not received it. Hello Bokomo - here i come. Great service from an "interantional" brand. If you intend buying kelloggs bran flakes - DONT! The should rebrand it "All Bran FAKES"</p>
