Undoubtedly the best service experience in the past couple of years!! Well done Dudu, well done team. I still can’t believe that we have people so dedicated and efficient in there job. Please train the rest of South Africa
First I was rudely and unprofessional approach by a airport employee that I am in the wrong queue. Only to be told 20 sec later that I could join now the queue I was in before. Than at the exit passport control was ONE (1) of 14 manned, which resulted in a queue spanning nearly to the security checkpoint and a waiting time of more than 50min!! This happened at C. T. Int. apparently the best of our international airports. I do not want to know how the rest is run. Shocking service and experience!
The prices on there website are never the actual prices!! On top of higher travel fare than advertised also a booking fee added. NO support what's so ever as phone number is not manned anymore and online reply takes for ever if at all
The absolute worst company I ever dealt with. No after sales service what's so ever, *********** and badly trained staff, and ********* business practice. Money returns take for ever and often needs to be fought for. Rather wait for amazon!
Service from truworth is virtually non existent. As long there is no problem, one goes into a shop, buys what 100% fits and is not broken and needs to be replaced or refunded MAYBE yes. Buying something on acc is a nightmare. For more than 9 MONTH their acc department is not able to find 2 payments, even though, bank confirmation was send, COUNTLESS phone calls, (ALL to a payable landline)with no callback, visits to a physical store and intervention from store staff there, latest comes the next payment reminder, back to square one. I never came across a more incapable and *********** staff and acc department than that of Truworth. Enough to close the account!!!
I do not know if the accounts staff of Truworths also belongs to the group of South Africans where 82% of all questioned, did not grasp the meaning of what they read, according to official research. It seems so, as I for the past 6 month, send mails, send bank letters and even went to a branch to clarify a not picked up payment. Now, I even have been handed over. Credit record affected, all because Truworth rather sends computer generated letters than reads mails. I am also waiting for more than 2 weeks for a account rundown. I will report Truworth now to the Consumer protection Agency of South Africa and close my account
After several days of calling their "helpline" and holding for 32min!, all I can say pathetic service!!! I received a payment over 40000 rand last month. When it was not in my account t on the 9 of this month I started worrying. So I called the "Helpdesk" and after several minutes listening to their monotonous tunes I came thru to a consultant. As he could not help me he put me thru to a different department. Again looooong minutes of holding. eventually I was at the right department and it was agreed the money is with Nedbank, but was not put into my acc. The consultant apologiezed and said he can't understand why the money is not reflecting, escalated it to 2 different departments and........... NOTHING! Today I had to sit again on the phone, 43min in total, just to be told the matter will be escalated?? Nobody knows anything, nobody can do anything. Nedbank withholds money for nearly 2 weeks, collects interest and besides a "We are sorry about that" , read from a computer screen, nothing is done or happens. Besides being a bit pricy in many ways, I would have thought the service reflects on that. NO Nedbank is expensive AND bad service!!
I find it highly annoying that my bank, in wich I should trust, takes every opportunity to be *********. As most people get paid around the first or 15 of each month, one tries to stretch ones money to the next payday. For Nedbank, this seems to be a welcomed opportunity to get some extra cash into the already full coffers. The account fees can be deducted 5 (working)days, so a FULL WEEK BEFORE month-end, AND from then onwards, one pays one of the highest "declined payment" fees of any bank. So, with Nedbank having one of the HIGHEST BANKING-FEES of any major bank in South Africa, this is yet another point to remember. So their slogan "Honest..." is stretching the word quite a bit
After two visits to a store, countless phone calls, from me and store staff, to emails with all relevant information, truworths account department staff seems either unable to read, or does not have the mental capacity to screen an deposit list from their bank! It can not be the responsibility of me the client, to do the job of employees I am already paying with my purchases. More than send proof of payment, send email with explaining how to look for a deposit WITH ref no, calling one cannot do. Account department is dangerously unqualified to handle payments, and that might be falsely reflect badly on ones credit regord SHOCKING!
After by now 4 weeks and numerous useless phone calls and countless time spend on the phone still do not have my products! If you really need a product, the chance that you get it as promised is less than slim. Makro online really the left hand does not know what the right is doing. Ones, a week after I received my product, I got a sms that my product is now shipped!!!
