365 Moves / a certain Justin cited as the "service guru". Their high review ratings totally be**** my terrible service experience (read "dismal, silent middle finger stuff") with the company. But they are obviously making money - certainly sufficient to ignore attempts (via e-mail, from me and their box shop venue and phone call) to get a quote for a move of furniture and boxes from Sea Point to Big Bay. Even offered to forward photos of items to save them the hassle of an extra visit to give me a quote. Epiphany - to all entrepreneurs wanting to start a successful business, all indications are that - alternative to a funeral parlour - removals is an assured key to succeeding since it doesn't even require any service never mind good service. The latter being at least the courtesy of a rep**** to sms or phone call to say, "txs for your enquiry, we are very busy but if you aren't in a hurry (I was not) etc etc. Oh well, I am moving on.
Best-ever service experience with this Montaque Gardens- based, Auto Body Works. Their entire upmarket set-up and friendly professional staff are highly commendable.
Went in Monday, last week, for 2023 tax certificates - got mine and my sister's; my wife's one was not yet on the system. Went in again today (one week later) spouse's tax certificate is still not on the system. Whatever happened to high tech or is there someone feeding these onto the system one by one? Not the kind of service one would expect from a "leading" bank in S.A.
We left Fedhealth because of the paltry monthly savings account offering. In January 2021, of our monthly subscription of R4 780 a paltry amount of R46 went into a monthly saving account. The savings account allocated to my wife and I equated to 0.0096 of our monthly subscription. Methinks, to get your head around that, it requires a re-read. I never asked but always wondered what on earth "inspired" this R46.00 monthly savings amount to even be allocated since it just added insult to injury to us as members. On our new medical aid scheme - the monthly subscription amount is pretty par - but the monthly savings account allocated to us is R913p.m. which represents 19% of our monthly subscription. The vast contrast left us with the impression that to Fedhealth we were a money source, at our new medical aid we are being treated as valued "customers" For obvious reasons, we prefer that association. My recommendation is that you appoint - like we did - a professional medical aid broker who will investigate all your medical aid options. Medical aid costs are increasing exponentially and it is important to be on one that represents, relatively speaking, at least some "bangs for your bucks." Fedhealth did not do this for us.
For the very best price to transport your vehicle from CT to another major city in SA look no further than Grindrod Logistics. Their depot in Blackheath is to hell and gone (even my GPS got lost) but the gracious service by Leigh at Unit 9A dispelled all my frustrations. Leigh is an asset to your company Grindrod.
After been frustrated with my complicated medical aid I contacted Nardis Redlinghuis for help. He is THE medical aid broker specialist and gave me comprehensive and professional advice on the best medical aid options to suit our senior needs. Find his Youtube presentations and leave him a message for him to contact you. He will assist you to choose a medical aid that will enhance your life and not complicate it. Thanks again to Nardis.
5 star review for Leesch at Vodacom Bayside Cape Town. Charming, very patient and on the ball service to my wheelchair-bound sister with the transfer of her deceased husband's account to her own name. This gentleman is a credit to Vodacom.
Standard Bank Bayside Table View Branch - To endure the long wait for enquiry service at this very laid-back branch take the book "War and Peace" A big thank you for Benjamin for eventually coming to my rescue and solving my problem in 7 minutes after an over one and a half hour wait. Pathetic service!!!.
I took my infirm sister to ABSA at Table Bay Mall today. Whilst some kind 50s aged lady kindly offered my sister to take her 2nd place in the queue. A fit young lady - first in the outside queue, all attired in cycle gear and with her bike - choose not to hear the exchange behind her so my infirm sister was forced to stand longer than what she should have to gain entry into the bank. Once there I requested the front desk lady to please organize for chairs to be put outside for infirm clients. I am not asking for preferential treatment for infirm/disabled people in the queue but - for heaven's sake - in dealing with numbers allowed into the bank at least provide sitting facilities outside of its doors to accommodate these clients. That kind of service is not rocket science. It is just plain logical - an attribute that was seriously lacking in your service today.
Unsubscribed when Showmax was charged for but now as Premium DSTV holder I am entitled to get the service for free. Cannot access my Showmax account for free because it only gives me the two payment options. Also their support e-mail does not come back to you regarding remedying that. Also their chat facility is an absolute joke - you could get pregnant and give birth before someone responses.
