Try to get help for a matter but no response from them,called a spoke to an agent said he's going to call me back and no response from him

Good customer service
My wife went to close her account,she went to the store in in northdale,they called the help center and the lady Karen just dropped the call while my wife was talking to her,this is very good customer service from them.we closed the account as well

Asking for payments when accounts are closed
I've paid up my accounts and they still call me,why do they do this,or are they just wanting money to make or scarm us to make money out of us by saying our accounts are still outstanding, this is not on.....

Need statement
Good day I've been asking and asking for a full statements on my account and it looks like it falls on deaf ears as I would like to know who may acc balance is so much ,all I'm asking for a full statement from TFG(EAXCT) and is this so hard to give me, I don't know 😕.

MBD THE BEST EVER
Early this month I went too two stores where I have accounts at the one said I owe then about 26.90 or so to free this account which I did pay it and settled the account and was told I can open the account in 30 day or so,the second account I was a little due to my work and paid it in one off the TFG stores in scotsville I think it call THE FIX and I have my slip to prove it,about 5 days later I get a call from MBD saying I need to pay 380.00 to settle my one account which I did pay and settle and then 3 day's later I get another call saying I didn't make a payment on the TFG account which I have proof off and they say it's not reflecting on there side, also there call agents I will say 100 to 0 the best and really known how to talk and handle things,so I dont know if this company is just ****ming people for there cash or just want to get rich, MBD you'll are something top and the sure thing to rob us......

They dont know
I don't know how they get to doing work in this company, reason is that they always say we are behind in payments, I paid up one off my accounts and today they phoned me and say I'm backwards in my payments, another one I don't know how they get to the amount they have cos there to I paid and they are saying i never make payments is this company legitimate or are they just try to make money from SOUTH AFRICANS to feed there pockets as it we are been rob by the government now we have a company like this doing it and the staffing don't know how to help,speak etc so I just give up

Wrongly ordered
My wife and I went to kfc northway mall in pietermaritzburg to buy a meal there,firstly the atmosphere is not friendly, the lady took my order wrongly and gave me to thing I didn't ask for,so I dont think I'll be going there to order very soon,

Atos
Phone Hyundai pietermaritzburg about the atoms they have ,a saleswoman came and spoke to me and took my details n paper work but never bothered to tell me if I got it or not then much later I asked about the atos again a salesman called me and took my details but never even bothered to call back and and then head office phoned and I told them my experience and still no feedback from them is this customer service

Dstv still disconnected
