I wasn't sure about the shop being legit because the Samsung Freesyle 2 was ~R1500 than TA. I ordered it late last night on Thursday and was delivered Friday afternoon. It was well sealed and wrapped in several sheets of paper to protect it. Thanks guys.
Cielo I am waiting for a full refund. I purchased a patio chair online including delivery on the 6th of April (6/04/2022). Delivery was made on the 13th of April (13/04/2022), within 1 hour of delivery I noticed that the chair was defective (nut was lose) so I logged a query on the same day. After much back and forth a replacement was delivered on the 12th of May (12/05/2022). Again within 30 minutes of delivery I noticed that the very same nut was still lose, so I suspect I was given the same chair. So I logged a new query. It's now the 19th of May (19/05/2022), there has been no pick-up of the defective chair and refund. I have been pushed back and forth with false delivery times and sometimes no feedback what so ever. Calls have not been returned. The refund policy has not been honoured and I would like a full refund and the chair to be collected. In both returns I have packed the parts securely and not even unwrapped some parts. Again, I would like my refund!!!
I bought a 3 seater couch from Mr Price Home online which was delivered in the first week of February. Less than a month after that, the seat cushions begin to sag. I do not use the couch more than 3 hours in a day and the seats look worse by the day. I logged a request for a refund on the 4th of March and still no reply. I have followed up twice via email, phone and Whatsapp. No resolution. The latest communication I got was an escalation number which there has been no resolution yet. #CRSF012AB The after service and quality of the couch is poor and I would like a refund.
Nick arranged for someone to give me a quotation and right after receiving a formal quotation I paid the deposit. I was first told the lead time would be 10 working days, then 12 then 15. On all occasions I had to follow up. On the final day I was promised by Nick himself that he would install on the weekend. Then I get a call from Nick (first call to update me), apparently the manufacturer didn't even have the colour I wanted and didn't begin with any manufacturing. I waited almost 15 working days and he didn't even have the blinds or manufacture them. It is not my problem that the manufacturer didn't inform him, I dealt with him. Come to think of it, I don't think the manufacturer was at fault here and he didn't begin with my order. Save yourself and go with a different company.
To keep this short. I've been trying to cancel my contract for some time now and no one helps, the call centre agent just puts you on hold and the cancellation number is out of order. I just want to cancel???
I ordered items from DX.com on 05/05/2017 and it still has not arrived. It reached SA on 01/08/2017. My complaint isn't with DX which I did take up already and they apologized, offered me a refund and discount. My complaint is with our SA Post office. Since 01/08/2017 I have not received my package. I try called ems several times on their listed numberS and no one ever answers. I have called at different parts of the day and still. WHY HAVE A CONTACT NUMBER??? I have emailed several times and only get one response. "Your package is on the way". 2017-09-28 18:03 WITSPOS (HUB), In transit 2017-09-23 00:31 JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), In transit (I left out the other stages) 2017-08-01 11:38 The item has arrived in the country of destination Now tell me. I would like a sad excuse for this? And when can I expect my package?
Hi I have placed an order and surprisingly enough the order was cancelled without explanation. I had to call to find this out. I find it hard to believe that the product goes out of stock and the price changes over night. It is not my concern that Makro resells products from Firstshop. I am directing this is Makro, has I bought from your site. It is between you and Firstshop. This is not the first time Firstshop has cancelled my order due to a 'glitch'. This seems to be a common problem with Firstshop where 'glitch's' happen on a frequent basis and the customer experience is pathetic. I am tired of the sad excuses from Firstshop. I have been looking for a good PC audio system and when I was made aware of this, I jumped at the chance. All in all, I would like my order to be honored or a product equally the same. <p>I am disgusted at the level of service I have received from Mutual & Federal insurance.</p> <p>2 months ago, my house was burgled. It happened during the hours of ***x. My son heard sounds from his room and woke up with a shock, his first instinct was to check if his sister was safe in the other room. Him waking up scared of the burglar off who exited out of the window he came in through. Several electronic items were stolen.</p> <p>After this incident, we called the police who took a statement and investigated. At this point the case was logged. A key piece of evidence the police took were the burglar’s shoes.</p> <p>After much back and forth interactions with Mutual & Federal, the claim was declined due to lack of evidence of a break-and-entry.</p> <p>Tell me, what more can I present to prove my house was burgled. The police clearly acknowledged the break-and-entry.</p> <p>I have been a client of Mutual & Federal from several years and pay my premiums without faulting. What is the point of insurance???</p> <p>Would Mutual & Federal rather have one of my children physical injured by a burglar, the burglar to destroy my property?</p> <p>I would like Mutual & Federal to fulfil the claim and honour my policy.</p>

Scared it would be delayed because of ordering a few days before Christmas and knowing the offices are in Cape Town (living in JHB).</p> <p>I called customer care right after ordering to query the delivery time and was told, "We would try our best, best case Friday".</p> <p> </p> <p>Today being Thursday, I get to work and suprise suprise. Delivered.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is to amazing service and speedy delivery.</p> <p>Can't wait for my next purchase.</p>
