I was meant to have my last payment for my load come off today and RCS goes and takes off 300 more than I owe on my account. What a way to mess with someones budget in this economic climate. I will never use you again.

If I could give a 0 I would. I have never in my life received such poor, below average service from a bank. I will close the account and never deal with them again. Thank goodness I never moved all my business to them. I would rather pay higher banking fees than be treated this terribly. They debit when they want, they can't change it, they cost you money. I am done and will be sure to spread how useless they are because no one should have to deal with them like I had to. They should be ashamed to call themselves a bank at such a high level as they are definitely not. Good riddance.

If I could give them zero rating, I would. I have always used Wonga and have always paid on time.. I had an issue with my salary one month and they ignored both of my requests regarding this for assistance. I then get a threatening message about collections eventhough they weren't slow to debit me as soon as my salary came in. I will never use you again, there are other companies that provide better customer service.

Bankruptcy would suit you Takealot, you are beyond useless
If I could give them zero I would. My husband ordered from them and on collection received only 2 items for an order of 6 items. No response and no assistance since 4 December but they happily take the money. At least with Amazon I actually received items from the USA. I hope they destroy you when they set up shop on our s****s because you could really learn something about service delivery from them. So disgusted with the theft of our money and no idea when this is going to be resolved. So nice that the items were forgotten or stolen. You truly are a proudly South African company because you don't work either.

Disgusting MTN
I am so damn disgusted with MTN. I have had my cellphone number since I was old enough to have a phone. I cancel my contract and start a port with another service provider. When the port takes more than 24 hours I am told MTN haven't released my number. I phone MTN and after being assured by retentions a week before my contract is canceled and I am on prepaid I now get told that it's still on contract. I will never ever use MTN or refer them to anyone. Just when I thought Vodacom were the worst I was proven wrong.

BAD SERVICE BAD BANK
If there was a review with no stars I would definitely choose that because FNB deserve less than one. I pay my credit card on time every month then this morning I get a surprise debit from my FNB card. I have debit orders coming off my account today and will get charges because I have no funds but this is not my fault so there goes my budget. Don't worry about the fact that I have children to support. I get transferred 4 times and then ask for a Manager only to get told they are all in a meeting. I am a private client and I am supposed to get this great service I never see. Will be sure to pursue my move to Capitec as well as advise others to do the same. Thanks for nothing FNB.

Unprofessional Discovery
My complaint is regarding a Discovery Financial Consultant who sent me a very rude sms after I cancelled a meeting as I am not ready to move my policies as yet : "Morning Karen... I have moved so many of my own clients around to fit you into my schedule. I asked you of i can close your file and you did not reply instead you gave me a appointment. . I am sorry dont contact me again you can waste some other brokers time." If this is the type of messages we are going to be receiving from your Consultants even when we have the right to take our time to consider our future and they know nothing of our personal circumstances then quite frankly I will never do any business with Discovery in any form and I will also inform all I know not to either. This is extremely unprofessional and rude. This is not what I expect from a company who give the perception that they are top class. I am absolutely disgusted.
