So i have been a tracker customer for many years using what i thought was a contract of R199 per month. I recently discovered that i was being billed between R600 - R800 per month for "message notifications", a charge of around 80 cents per sms recieved , when i enquired what that was related to i was informed that each sms sent was for ignition on and ignition off notifications. I have never requested this service nor have i ever enabled this service from my side so tracker has essentially been *****ing from me every month , and the worste part is that i have never even recieved the sms's they claim they are billing me for, had i recieved a sms notification each time the car was started or stopped i would have cancelled that immediately. Tracker is *****ing from its customers.
Terrible service, I called them out to assist with a blocked drain. they came out and tried clearing the drain with a plunger rod for about 30min. they then told me they need to bring in a high pressure jet machine and sent me a quote for R5000 that had to be paid up front. i paid the amount and they returned but the jet failed to unblock the drain, they suggested the drain pipe needs to be excavated and told me i should do it myself. after i completed digging the drain pipe out i had to constantly beg them to return. They finally returned 2 days later. they then managed to unblock the drain using a normal ***** rod within 30minutes. ultimately they did not need the pressure jet and also did not need the drain pipe to be excavated. Had they just used the ***** rod in the first place the whole job would have been done in 30minutes. During this process they managed to break the clay drain pipe but said they need to get the spares and return the following week, they never returned to fix the pipe and i had to get another plumber out. they are totally *********** or they deliberately misdiagnosed the problem in order to charge you for expensive equipment that is non effective. I do not trust them nor do i recommend using them.
So i purchased a replacement wrist band for my Garmin smar****ch , when the item arrived i opened the package only to find the totally incorrect item was sent , I ordered a black nylon strap but a brown leather strap was shipped. It clearly stated black nylon on the invoice so i wonder how they managed to send the incorrect strap. the worst part was the item packaging was not sealed and the item was clearly not new. I immediately called the contact number and spoke to a consultant that was extremely rude over the phone and i was told i need to send through photos of the incorrect item via email so that she could handle it. A few emails and another 5 days later i finally received the strap i had originally ordered. All i can say is that although they corrected the mistake, Ashley was very rude and not even once did she offer any sort of apology for the mistake and inconvenience on their behalf ,Ultimately i had to wait two weeks for my product and had to deal with unnecessary stress. I will never ever buy another item from Navworld and do not recommend them at all.
Moved to Mtn exactly a year ago and suddenly when i try making calls i get the voice prompt telling me my service has been suspended. Logged into my banking to verify the monthly debit order did indeed go off on1 december. Try calling 135 to speak to a service champion but after 4 attempts and 40min of waiting the calls just disconnect without any champions ever assisting me. I wish i never moved to MTN , they are the most useless operator in the country.
I used my discovery vitality benefit to book and pay for international flights through the vitality travel partner Kulula who has now been liquidated and all Flights have now been cancelled and i have not received any form of a refund , I was told to open a discovery bank account and i will be refunded yet nothing has happened and it is impossible to speak to a consultant to query this.
I am being harrassed by MBD on a daily basis , they call me every day looking for someone else and no matter how many times i try and explain nicely that they have the wrong person they just keep calling me daily. this has become pure harassment and they just don't listen to reason. Please advise if anyone knows if i can go the legal route to have this stopped,
I have been a loyal vodacom red customer for over 10 years and finally i decided i need a change due to poor service, I tried calling 0821958 and follow the prompts to speak to a cancellation agent , the phone just rings for an extended period until i get asked if i want to be called back and then the line cuts off , i have tried this about 6 times and nobody answers the call, i then tried to select option 1 to speak to an upgrade agent and the phone gets answered immediately. this clearly shows that vodacom has no interest in assisting with contract cancellations. they lock you into one sided contracts and even when your contract expires they do not want to allow you to cancel.
<p>For some reason my online profile is faulty and the system will not allow me to purchase a device online, since october last year i have been trying to sort this issue out and FNB just does not seem to care , on top of that i have tried getting hold of a device sales person on the phone to try purchase a device via telephone and so far been waiting more that 48hours for someone to contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I feel the service is pathetic and FNB just does not seem interested in sorting out the technical issues with my profile.</p>
