ABSA has the most frustrating app that I have ever not used as you can never access the App when you need to. Whereas I don't have the same problem with my Capitec App which is surprising. I hope ABSA ups their tech game or they will lose clients as we don't get the service we are paying for.
Cancelled my Vodacom contract. I made the payment of the penalty fee in full. Yet they still charged me double today which is month end. Surprised as I never took Vodacom for a bunch of *******. I hope they will contact me and rectify their error. Account I9830894
I took out a sim only contract from the Telkom store. From day 1 I'm having issues with the network overall more so with the network on the additional sim which is totally unstable. I call the call centre atleast 2 times a day and each agent gives their take on the problem but to date none of them have been able to sort out the problem.
Seems like I scored an own goal by choosing Telkom as my service provider. Their network is horrible and unstable. I have to call them atleast twice a day for assistance with my data or lack thereof and I'm not getting any joy.

Do NOT purchase Bennet Read Appliances. Buy reputable household names. I purchased an Iron of this brand at Moosas Discount Warehouse in Pietermaritzburg, I was told it's a good product and has an extended warranty which I app**** for. Firstly the extended warranty requires one to travel to Durban to get it repaired. What a huge hassle and inconvenience. Stick to the brands you know
I have been staying at this property for the last 40 years. Since checking in today I'm highly disappointed and will not set foot in this slum in the future. I believe there's now a service fee for using the hotel towels for the pool by the way. But that's not my biggest issue. This evening I killed over 15 ****roaches thus far. This place in infested with ****roaches. For the life of me I am truly disgusted. Please save yourself and don't book at Breakers Resort Umhlanga!!
Currently at Pizza Hut Liberty Mall. Tables are filthy with boxes of the previous client as well as crumbs. Had to request for them to clean it twice so far. Ordered the special for R140 but they haven't stocked up on their cokes and it's just past 12pm. I have never received such pathetic service from an internationally recognised brand. Very very disappointed!!!
