Just don't use them. The admin is a nightmare, it seems like it is run by the ANC. I ordered 2 tests, now in trying to schedule the collection of the test samples, they cannot find my name and delivery details.
I have bought from Online Car Parts before. The service was OK-ish. Communication was ALWAYS poor. Now, after I ordered the last time it is a month later and I have not received my parts. The communication is absolutely deafening. Rather buy from other online retailers, they offer better communication. I usually just ask for better training, but in this instance, I'd ask for the communication assistant to be fired. This person is costing the company customers.
They used to be good, with great service, but it sems they have gone bankrupt. No one answers the phone. After 3 weeks I have not received any feedback regarding my next day delivery order. Please stay away from them.
The admin experience was great, but the actual follow through when using the service is non-existent. My father-in-law passed away, but we have received almost complete silence from Capital Legacy. It's like although we were paying for the service, we had to do the job ourselves. The issue here is that both me and my wife's estates will, or will not be handled by them. Based upon the service received, I think we need to find someone else.
Stay away from products and accessories from Tudortech such as Dyson vacuum cleaners. The after sales service could be called bad, if there was any service. Actually, just buy a Kirby, or a Bosch or anything that Tudortech does not sell.
In the past, I had my car repaired by them, but suddenly the service went from absolutely awesome to **** poor. It has now been 6 days waiting for a quote (After calling for an update) and being promised on 2 occasions that I will have it the next day. If it takes that long to get a quote (KIA Approved) for a KIA Sportage, how long will it take for a repair?
Private Wealth at FNB is really bad. I have been trying for 6 months to get a refund for a Kulula ticket, bought with my FNB credit card (apparently travel insurance is included). Thus has up until now been a fruitless experience. Every time the story hits a dead end with no one actually coming back to me. We had to revive it again and again and again. Still nothing. The Private Bankers themselves are also pretty useless. Maybe I should just go to Capitec. They seem intent on having my business. Anyway, here I sit at Menlyn Maine waiting for forex in a que that will probably not be helped before load shedding hits. Private Wealth lol, what a joke.
Why would this company insist on harassing me? I do not have any debt, no bonds no accounts, but yet they keep on calling me?
You basically pay for nothing, luckily mine was only R495. I did however make sure that my bank lists this customer as suspect, and also passed the info on to SARS
I just want to give ABSA a thumbs up for having someone like Jeanette Sefike as one of their staff members. I was on the way to close my accounts because of general poor service from ABSA. Enter Jeanette, she was cheerful and super efficient in handling my issues. All sorted within an hour! If I was ABSA, I'd hold on to her at all costs. Should the other banks hear this they will definitely snap her up pronto. Why would you let someone like her work in the Silverton branch? She should be interfacing with High Net Worth individuals
