How long does it take to cancel a bond? Resubmitting documents, which just disappear. No feedback when requested, well, the list goes on. I certainly know who not to use in future.
They know how to take a deposit, but don’t know how to return it. Avoid this company at all costs. One month and counting.
I will never use their service again. Besides an astronomical deposit on the car, I am now waiting over 2 weeks for the deposit to be refunded. Customer care is uncooperative.
I took my car to Mercedes-Benz to have fixed. On the day, MB submitted a claim to Bidvest as my car has a warranty policy. It has now been 5 working days and MB is still waiting for Bidvest to process the authorisation of the claim. Can someone please look into this.
Our son went for lessons at Drivio Hatfield. Besides the rude receptionist, several of his lessons were cancelled at the last minute. On the day before his test, the "owner" of Drivio took him for a lesson, to find that he had not been taught correctly. Needless to say, he failed his test. Now, Drivio will not give extra lessons without payment, even while knowing that we wasted our money on lessons where our son was not taught what he should know to be read for the test.
We have always been happy with Momentum, but our recent experiences have not been positive. My wife had a mastectomy and we submitted a claim almost 2 months ago. At first when we followed up, Momentum informed us that one signature was missing (granted, that was our oversight). Since the corrected docs were sent through, neither us or our broker have been able to get any feedback on the processing of our claim. Medical bills are stacking up and we desperately need this claim to be finalised. Can someone PLEASE get back to us? This is now really getting ridiculous.
I lodged a complaint with the National Consumer Commission and after a few days Mr Mufamadi took up my case. The company against which I submitted the complaint was instructed to respond within 14 days.<br> <br> Two months have passed without any feedback from either the company or the NCCSA. I emailed Mr Mufamadi twice to inquire about progress, but received no response. I have left two messages for him and was assured that he would call me. No response.<br> <br> How ironic that I now have to submit a complaint against the institution which should be protecting the public from poor and unethical service.
