I am cancelling my insurance with Discovery Insure purely because I CONSTANTLY get phone calls from companies, the most common is a company called TSA. "We are calling on behalf of Discovery" When I specifically opted out of these calls. Goodbye Discovery
From the beginning to the end Cindy Jacobs was amazing. She walked us through the entire process and got us a sub prime interest rate on a 100% bond ! This takes some doing.

I have been going to Premier Health for 3 years. Always using the same 2 doctors. Today however they were not available so I opted to go with a different one. On arrival I was told that she is a cash only doctor. I have been using my medical aid at this centre for years. I find it very unprofessional that they didn't make this known in advance. I didn't have cash on me so I had to leave. I am now still sitting with an eye infection and I can't get the time back that I wasted.
<p>I must commend Pieter and Brian at the Northgate Baby City. After getting frustrated at other Baby City branches due to unhelpful/unwilling staff (Cedar Square was the worst), it was an amazing change to see Pieter and Brian going the extra mile to inform us, demonstrate products and answer all questions with a smile. Big thumbs up to Baby City Northgate !!!</p>
I just want to take this opportunity to say that Afrihosts staff in their Call Centre are awesome. I haven't once called and spoken to someone who isn't knowledgeable and well spoken. I moved to Afrihost from Telkom and I am extremely happy that I have done so. Big thumbs up to the Afrihost Team !
Telkom again. This is my 4th email in 2 months. I eventually cancelled my adsl account with Telkom due to lack of service delivery as promised. I have now moved to Afrihost. Unfortunately I have to still rent the line from Telkom. Last month they charged me R600, which was the full cost of the ADSL package which had been cancelled in February, I called and was told I would be credited minus the line rental. Now they are charging me R265-00 a month for line rental only. I was quoted R189-00 on the phone. And they have still not credited my account with the R600 !!!! If I log in to Telkoms website and check my account. It shows I have 3 landlines all with the same number ... What the hell ???? What does one do now ??? Telkom promises and promises and never do anything they promise. Everyone always tells me \You are dealing with me now and I assure you I will make sure this is sorted\" Then nothing happens !!!! "
I am at my wits end. I am not a violent person but I feel like committing unspeakable acts of violence on the first Telkom employee I see because I am so frustrated. This is my third report about the SAME thing.<br> <br> Telkom is a joke and so are the people at the Social Media department. I am not going to retype this complaint but go back in my history and see what I have had to deal with.<br> <br> INCOMPETENCE REIGNS SUPREME at Telkom. When you log on to track your delivery, they specifically say \We will call you to arrange delivery\" However, they NEVER do. I have complained about this but to no avail. It is still on their delivery page and they still don't do as they say, so needless to say, I have to arrange that someone sits around and waits for them to arrive. Why make a statement that you aren't willing/able to comply with. Whats the point of bringing a balls up to someones attention and they don't rectify it ? When it comes to service, TAKEALOT is one of the best in SA and they are still pathetic. Best of a bad bunch."
Well here we go again. I wrote a complaint on the 12th of february. I eventually got a call back from a lady called Rafieqa on Tuesday 16th February. She promised to sort things out and send me some recommendations to get my internet up and running either that day or latest the following day. Needless to say I am still waiting. I then sent an email to [Email Removed] on 22 February got no response and again yesterday and yet still no response.<br> <br> When they have you on the phone they promise the earth but then proceed to brush you off as soon as you put the phone down.
