Good day, I did complaints about Mochachos at BP M2 Denver on Saturday on there complaints web site no feed back till date. On Friday 30 August 2024 I brought 2 full chicken 2 large chips, 2x 4 rolls and 2 coleslaw it all came to R549.80. This was my supper for me and guess I had at home. When we served the chicken it was burnt and had no taste. This was so embarrassing cause I was given burned to serve to my guess. Very disappointed and upset. This was wast of my money and staff over that's store every thing was joke no customer care professional in them.
Game adverting, BIG AND BOLD they beat any price. I had brought Defy freezer and had ask to beat price as per they slog it took them 3 week to month after sending multiply emails to different consultants departments eventually it was sort . I brought freezer from GAMES online which was delivered to me on the 20th June 2023. They has send me a second hand refurbish freezer which had part missing from the freeze. I was shocked and made servals calls and email to inform about what they had send to me. The freeze arrived in plastic bag. When I enquired about it, they just told me it’s they way of packaging . It had no divider in the freezer I immediately called and inform GAME online store and send an email with pictures . They reply was “they no longer provided a divider for freezer which is incorrect from the consultant. I did enquire from the Game store they had told me it is part of the freezer GAME online staff are lying to me. Only feedback was received y Abrahams Eghon. Please GAME ONLINE come take your freezer refund me. Please do not take other month and make excuses as the delay is from your side, ...im very disappointed- never again online from GAME Disgusting and worst service received from GAME online customer service.
Good Day. I have prepaid water meters at my property. I been buying tokens but receiving the water pass 3 Day been callings call center. They don't care. I been requesting for an technician. Good day, I have been to the ABSA bank in Rosa avenue, Lenasia on the 08/07/2021. I was there at 8:15 am reason. Reason for my early arrival is because I need to return to work . The ABSA bank on Rose avenue, Lenasia opens at 8:30am what to miss the long line to enter the bank. To my surprise it was pass 8:30 am the staff are inside having a meeting enjoying the laughter and coffee while customer are standing out side banking waiting to enter. Later the security guards tell us ABSA is opening at 9:00am I wait till 9:00am getting late for work already. Then 9:15am, a staff come out side I ask if they going to open. She tell she not sure. I call the ABSA complaints department on 0800414141 ( twice- no feed back as yet from them) to please ask the store manager what is happen we are getting late for work the doors are closed the social chit chats are going on and a big long line behind me which I think it total unfair from a customer side. Not know if we gone be service or we are wasting our time standing outside the bank. After I call the complaint department I knock at door asking to speak to ABSA store manger she her self was rude and nasty person late she ask what assist I need . I just need to re-set a pin code which will take 5 minutes but like a fool we are standing outside 2hours . Later the manager send a rude Indian staff to assists. With no customer care habits in him ( Like a Bullying person) telling me customer for 30year that he is doing a favour to assist me. I told he doing his job to help customer he walk away. Is this service we get been banking with ABSA for long term. Feedback will be appreciate with solution from ABSA about their customer care and management service
This is a sick company, Colmed Debt Administration. They harrasing me for payments that was done during covid 19. I paid the doctor the full outstanding amount of R358.0 0 on 31 May 2020. I am getting phone calls and SMS to another R461.00. Where does this sick company get this amount from. I emailed proof of payment to Marelise Joubert whom is rude to me and bulling me to do further payments for what????. She call me Twice a week and even disconnect the call. Please i am humbly requesting for help to resolve this matter. Please can i get help to resolve this matter
Bad Service received from ADT Security. I been a customer with ADT for pass 6 years but ADT Security never give me any service they given me faulty system which they said will sort out never happen till today. They system do not work in time of need. ADT Security never check when my property even if we call or press the panicky button. What I am paying for.every month for. ADT is stealing my month not providing me with proper service. They just take my money every month without fail but there service suck discussing. I what my money back no long need such **** service .
I have been to this lenasia supa quick with regards to my tyre claim from September till 16th December they tell to go to any other supa quick as they cannot sort my tyres claim. On Saturday,16th December 2017 been to the Supa quick Lenasia branch , to have my tyres replaced. I have brought Firestone Bridgestone which you pay for threads been used. I had brought these tyres from the Lenasia supa quick branch but when I went back to them for service with regards to my tyres they refused me tell me they have a problem with there accounts since 4 months they cannot process Firestone claims but they can sell me the tyres which is brought from a 3rd party. I ask Supa quick head office and Firestone Bridgestone how can you have branch that cannot supply after service after buying tyres, speak bad about Firestone who is supply them tyres what kind of SUPA QUICK store is this???
I was at Game Westwood mall - for a new cell phone contract sale consultant MGOBHOZISOI has such a bad attitude, She was more interesting in eating rather seeing to customer. Today I tried calling the store they don't answer the land line number. How do people get service from WESTWOOD MALL - GAMES????

Brought a travel deal from Groupon advertise on website that's reads Umhlanga: Two or Three-Night Weekday Stay for Two Including Breakfast at Dolphin Crest Guesthouse. I have call the Dolphin Crest Guesthouse and made reservation with man called Gavin on 081 425 0692 on 21st August 2015 confirmed by him from the 24th to 26th September 2015.I arrived there on Thursday the reception tell me there is no Gavin and there is no reservation made for us which shock us as we have already paid groupon and confirmed everything with Gavin Telephonically.The receptions just refused to help us made us wait and we were stranded with no accommodation from Johannesburg to Durban. I got my attorney to call Dolphin Crest Guesthouse 031 562 0672 now the reception tell my attorney that Gavin is the Owner of the place and cannot get hold of him and lied to my attorney that she will find some solution for our accommodation but no help they stole my money groupon and Dolphin Guesthouse this is fraud deal as the people do not honour their deal what is advertised is never what it seem too been. I want my money back that I paid Groupon and also want to be reimbursed new accommodation and travel cost
