Kfc is starting to become a ****. Ordered my food on Monday and got sms that order was delivered whilst i was at home and did not get my order or call from the driver. I immediately called they contact number and the agent told me once order is marked as delivered they cannot bring it back and that they would have to refund me. What nonsense is this?? Is this a strategy to not sell the 50% special on Mondays? This is definitely the last of me at KFC, please refund my money as i don't want anything to do with a **** of a company.
I bought a toddler bed from makro last week and I'm still waiting for delivery. I called the customer care number and I'm told they will escalate the query. Had I only looked at reviews before buying I wouldn't be in this mess. Please sort out you queries and deliver my bed or give me my money back.
This has a been one of the worst insurance to deal with, i always give them a chance but ive had enough. Ive heen with absa from 2020 and ive had enough. 1. I sent pictures of my recent car after i had received, the car is brand new and i called from the dealer before collecting the cwr and still i had to send pictures. After spending pictures i dont get any response to say all is well. Im just in the dark and hope everything is in order 2. The only communication i get is of the increase but nothing else. No app to see if all insurance details captured is correct. I constantly have to call to find out if all is well 3. Ive been trying to update my email address for 3 months now. The lady last week told me their system is unable to update ajy new details. And here i am thinking but absa is bug and they should be able to resolve this as this is critical. 4. Ive been calling its been 3 weeks asking for them to email my policy schedule as i am unable t9 open the one they sent when i updated my details. I spoke to a lady today who assured me that the email was sent. I still have not received it. Ive been promised this document by 3 different consultant and im not getting it. 5. Ive been sending call back requests amd no one ever calls me. This bothers me a lot as i feel i will go through all this when its time to claim. I dont think i have any more energy to continue with absa after insuring 2 cars, my house, household etc. I don't feel valued by this insurance company. Can someone call me so i can end this. Since well this is the platform that shakes you.
I'm very disappointed in nedbank. I currently am banking with them and also have a 32 days nocie investment which debits from my account R500 every month. This month they debited R1000 of which I don't even have extra money. I called to tell them monthly debit order can only be R500 and cnot R1000. And I was told by the consultant that they can't do a reversal and that the only way to get the R500 is to make notice and cash out my investment and that there will be penalties charged if I request in the next 24 hours. My problem is I don't want to cash out the investment and it's not my problem that their system debited twice in 1 month just because the debit order date was amended. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. And would like to cancel everything I have with nedbank.
This has been the worst Mazda to do a trade in with. On the 30th of June I traded in my Mazda cx3 with this dealer. When I wento to fetch the new Mazda 2 which was supposedly a new car, I found the car with over 400km. Everything was finalized and as went inside the car my husband saw the km and we refused to take the car in that condition as they claimed it was new. The promised to bring a new car the following week whi h was the 3rd of July but they ony brought it on the 4th of July. This time the car did not have a smash and grab like the one we were supposed to take on Friday. Now had to wait for Bongani to send me the details for smash and grab up until Friday where I called the manager who sent someone to come so it at my home. That was done. Then on the 11th Absa vehicle finance that financed my Cx3 called to tell me they have not received any settlement from mazda fury Fourways. I have been calling from Monday and sending emails Megan and Bongani simply tell me they Wil let me know once settlement has been done. What the **** is this.. I'm so regretting trading in with them they have been the worst dealers ever, fraudsters and very incompetent.
I have been trying to cancel my telkom insurance for over 3 months now but they still continue to debit. I've sent emails with no response, when speaking to agents they always direct my call to another line. I must say I've had it with telkom. I Will never ever take anything from them ever again.
The most terrible insurance I've come across, I've been trying to get through to their retention department for a month now, no one call me and every month they are debitinv my account. I need someone to urgently call me so I can cancel my insurance. I had a lot of respect for absa uniyil I had an insurance. Terrible is an understatement of how bad of an experience I've had with Absa.
I'm so angry right now, I regret taking this insurance. Today I called cos my keys were locked in the car in a remote area in Limpopo. I spoke to the consultant at 16:30 and was advised a locksmith is on the way. I sent the location and 6 hour later I'm still waiting for the locksmith. I've been called twice were the guys are asking for the directions, another one called again just now for the locksmith and they too want the directions. It's now 22:20. This is a pathetic insurance company what if I'm attacked in tje middle of nowhere. First thing Monday I'm cancelling this stupid insurance.
The worst company ever!!!! I cancelled my contract 3 months ago and telkom still charges me God knows for what. I'm only left with the insurance which should still be debiting but every month I get an invoice with an inflated amount. I need someone to urgently contact me regarding your pathetic service. I'm sick and tired of telkom!!!!
I'm very disgusted with nedbank now... Firstly the app was not working the whole day yesterday and now when I tried to login I was automatically directed to the new app. It requested my card number and my pin and once submitted and I get the sms to verify it says connection error. I've spoken to different consultants and was advised yesterday I had blocked my internet banking but all along it was blocked while having the app. Im really disappointed at the service and I think it's time for my move to another bank.
