8th week. App**** both via email and app last Monday. No response on WhatsApp and emails. Calls are not answered and yet CRF has been one find that kept us up to date and issuing articles and updates on 2 pot. All other pension funds have paid up. What is happening CRF?
I took insurance with Chubb when I was booking my flight this morning as the information mentions that I will get fully refunded should I wish to cancel. Now a few hours later I cancelled my flights and I was charged R1800 cancellation fee and my credit was put into some wallet. I called the call centre and I spoke to Ketso. She explained to me conditions of full credit which is something that was not displayed by Chubb when I booked. All I saw on the website was that I will be covered with a list of things including the 100% refund should I wish to cancel which I think is really misleading. I really need my money credited to my account as I desperately need it.
I went to the Table Bay store to request to move my line to a new address and i was sent back and told to send the request online. I did so. It took weeks for my line to be activated. The consultant didn't even tell me my number will change and on top of that he promised to give me a new ADSL Router and he never came back. It took forever to get connected. That was in August. Since then I have been receiving bills for 2 services. I have sent requests, called since then and this query has not been resolved. Now i ma being asked to call sales department and I don't know what for. The responder does not even care to send me the sales department number. I ordered a 10 inch wig from uwinshair and a 12 inch with a different style was delivered. I contacted the business via email and I was dealt with by a Mandy. She sent me from pillar to post with no intentions of delivering a correct order. I'm so disappointed shem. Such a bad experience I received from uwinshair and wouldn't advise anyone to buy from them
Good morning I bought this item in less than 2 years and it turned out to be my biggest regret. 1stly it was advertised as an Android smart tv that comes with apps pre installed. No one told me that they are not working. Dstv now not working and Showmax not working. Nothing was said about this so called smart tv. Now I just bought a smart box to connect and playethe apps that are not playing and o just find out that the hdmi slots are also not working they give a grey color. I tried different hdmi cables they do the same but work on another tv. I have been misled into buying this useless piece of screen and fuming as I feel that the advertising was not clear. Worst disappointing ever! The nappies leak and they give my daughter a rash all the time. I have 3 packets of number 4 that i don't know what to do with as I have started to lose confidence in putting them on overnight. Please revisit your production.

Cell number - ********** 679 On Sunday 14.10.2018 I went to Table Bay CellC store to do a simswop as I needed a nano sim. The consultant who was on duty that day checked my number and told me that it was under a company. I explained to her that I have been using the same number for over 10 years and I took it on contract from Autopage and when Autopage closed down they transferred our accounts to Glocell. In 2016 I cancelled my contract and my number was on prepaid.and has been like that since. She then asked me to check if I still have old invoices that has my name and she will forward them to credit vetting for a name change. Yesterday the 17.10.2018 I went back to Table Bay with both invoices from Autopage and Glocell. I stood there for about an hour before I was told that they can not process the simswop as my number belongs to a Mr Van what what. I don't understand how that happened as my number is still active. When I told them to dial the number to prove that it is with me and still belongs to me, they refused. This is unacceptable and has inconvenienced me tremendously. I need this misunderstanding sorted out as I'm not going to change my number that I have had for so many years because of CellC's incompetence. I interacted with 4 Bayside Mall Telkom consultants in store since Monday regarding an upgrade for an iPhone X 64 GIG. I was promised a feedback call to let me know if the phone was secured for me or not. I went to the store 3 times and every time a consultant pretends to be looking for this phone, write an email and promise to call but not call. To my frustration of not receiving the calls I drove all the way to Century City to look for the phone and I spoke to someone who was willing to help me but unfortunately couldn't because my line is locked by the consultants at Bayside . He called and he said you said you will sort that out today and Telkom will call me afterwards. Its now after 15:00 and I'm still waiting for someone to call. It is so frustrating when you spend so much money on a service provider that does not take the customer's interest into consideration because now that we all know there is limited stock on this handset I'm going to be told another story when i drive all the way Canal Walk again to check if what is going on wasting my time and my petrol. I'm not sure who's fault this is but what I've experienced the past 5 days is appalling and pathetic.
I've just been a victim of these fraudsters this month. It's really sickening to think of all the money they deduct from people worse from old people and people's grants. My old mother was also a victim. She ended up canceling all her debit orders including her funeral policies by mistake. Banks need to really deal with people as half of account holders are complaining about these unauthorized debit orders and they do nothing.
