Pathetic service
Health Worx Cresta service is pathetic the receptionist doesn't pay attention to which doctor you supposed to go to only assuming which one you going to. I waited for an hour and I wasn't assisted only to have patient before me sent in to be attended to. 😕 I made an appointment I didn't walk through0 replies

Worst experience and non assistance
I have been using rain for 9 years, never had issues whatsoever, my problem now begin when I upgrade, you bill incorrectly for months, its fixed for a time then you revert back to billing me spurious amounts. I send numerous emails via your 24/7 chat nothing happens, then lets not start with your call centre no one picks up the call. How do you expect payment for non service???10 replies
