No-hassle online ordering. Items ordered works perfectly and received in a good condition. Only downside is delivery time. Order placed on Thursday night, order delivered the following Wednesday afternoon. Delivery terms does stipulate 2 - 5 business days though, so all good; just don't expect TakeALot-type delivery times. Also no option to pay more for faster delivery. I was kept up to date with status of order right from placing it up until delivery through courier - great. All and all very good experience & recommended!
<div>Purchased 'brand new' Samsung S10+ on 12th May 2021, delivery on 14th May - good stuff. But... Instead of a new phone, I received a box which included a power adapter which doesn't work, Samsung branded earphones (A-Series type) instead of AKG-branded (which is what ALL S10 models should have as per Samsung website, irrespective of region) and an actual phone which clearly states in the Status info "1st Call made" in 2019...!?? Worst of all is the phone has Korean firmware loaded - you cannot use your Samsung apps properly, even if your Samsung account is in South Africa. The Korean firmware simply doesn't allow it. There are certain sections which only displays in Korean, irrespective of Language/Input settings changed. The weather app e.g. doesn't even pick up locations for South Africa. I logged this with them the very same day of delivery, 14th, to which I was told they'll investigate and provide feedback. On the 20th I sent an update request further outlining the problems. I was advised that they're still checking availability of stock but that I'll get a replacement. 25th I follow up again with no reply received. 28th I follow up again, this time getting a response of "checking stock for replacement". We are now on the 7th June, nearly a month later - still no resolution and no feedback since 28th May... The cost difference is not worth the issues you have once purchased.</div>
Although the purchasing & delivery was seamless, the product received is a rip-off! Their own brand 'compatible' cartridges is about 1/3 of originals' cost, but the cartridges themselves are only 1/3 full as well... Would cost same to just buy the originals. Have sent this to Inkstar's admin@ and info@ email addresses on 29/01/2021 and follow-up on 02/02/2021, with pictures of just-opened package with clearly low ink levels, as well as the printer's Ink Level monitor software immediately after installing them (confirming the 1/3 full); but no reply or acknowledgment at all :( I would not recommend them for 1) zero interest in after-sales care if client has problems and 2) you do NOT actually save money by using them.

I was told that I'll get my paid up letter after 7 days so as to ensure that the transaction wasn't reversed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've since phoned in twice requesting said paid up letter, each time being told you'll send it to my email address.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've now phoned in again and was told that you cannot pick up my account on your system and that it was probably closed by the bank. That's fine and all, but I still want my paid up letter for my own records indicating that the account was indeed paid up in full with Brooks & Luyt.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please would someone just hand-hold a someone who works with the Accounts until it actually gets sent?</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks.</p>

I queried it with my bank who gave me contact details and the name of the business. I'd just like to thank Keneilwe for ensuring the debit order query I raised was resolved by next debit order run date, as promised.<br> <br> I had my deductions taken earlier off my account which caused \debit failed"on my bank's statements"
