After my review Epromo did contact me and resolved the steam mop issue by replacing it with a new unit.
I purchased an E Promo steam mop at the home and garden show. The product stopped working within the warranty period. I contacted Epromos offices and was asked to return it to them. I had to call repeatedly to get any follow up progress. I called them twice over the next 6 week period . First i was told the boss is overseas sourcing spares . The second call i was told the machine cant be fixed as PC board faulty. They eventually replaced the mop with another one which didnt work straight out the box . I have attempted to contact both the office and owner (Raymond) by phone and email with no response. This product is poor quality with terrible back up.
I have been trying for 2 days to inquire where i could purchase 3M vinyl film for auto motive use. Customer services yesterday asked me to call Lee on his cell which i did and left a message as there was no reply. He did not return my call so I called again today and still no answer. I called customer services again who asked me to call Dbn office. The Dbn office again said i must call Lee. I called customer services once again and was put through to Bronwyn who didnt answer either. What a useless company and what poor service.
Ford advertise their Figo service special of R1700.00 for a minor service which runs from 20 Nov to 21 Dec 2017. I serviced my Figo (23000km) on 6 Dec 2017 and was billed R 3000.00 for a similar service at Kempster Ford . How convenient that Ford only notify me 2 days after my service was completed on 8 Dec 2017. Why not notify us when the special started so that we may choose a participating dealer. Even this service i received was not great. At a labour rate of over R1000/hr one would expected quality workmanship. Piece of foam forgotten in engine compartment and oil not cleaned off engine where messed by themselves. while changing oil filter. This quality of work took the whole day from 7.30am until 500pm to complete.
After paying via a prepaid elect meter for 3 yrs BFW was appointed by Trafalgar to take over the water meters as well. We paid our R400 water deposit and did not receive any accounts even after calling and emailing them numerous times. They then proceeded to cut off the elect meter (which apparently belongs to them as well) as we hadn't paid the water bill of R197.00 even though we never received a bill. This bill includes a service fee of R100 for accounts never sent out. There is a clause included in there water meter agreement allowing them to cut off your elect prepaid meter if water is more than 7 days late. So be warned dont agree to this clause.
After posting on Hellopeter and Multichoice( Boitumelo Motsoikha) contacted me to resolve issue. Advised me to use live chat. Waited 20min for live chat to answer then Tshepo appears to be in a hurry to go. Signs off before my password reset . They say new password been sent but still nothing received. What a waist of time.
After visiting the Umhlanga customer care centre twice and calling the call centre twice they are still unable to activate my Now DSTV app. The supervisor at Umhlanga promised to call me within 24 hrs , its now been a week and still nothing. After being messed around for 2 months one must just assume that management there is incompetent as they are unable to resolve such a simple issue.
<p>I contacted Aluminium Doctor to quote on replacing all my woolden windows with aluminium. It took 8 days for them to arrange a time to come and quote. They called at 1.10 pm to come and quote at 2.15pm that same afternoon. I waited over an hour and no one arrived or called to apologise/reschedule. At 3 .45 they called with excuse they could not contact their guy coming to quote. All they do is waste your time . If this is how they commit to a quote i cant imagine what their work delivery would be like.</p>
<p>Called Natfix on 15 May2017 to quote on replacing all my wooden windows with Aluminium .</p> <p>Reception took my details and informed me that Graham would call me back the following day .</p> <p>I have now waited 8 days with still no response. We have used Natfix twice before but obviuosly they are too busy to call back or quote now.</p>
<p>I booked a volvo through rent a cheapie in Cape Town. I paid deposit nearly 3 months ahead of time to confirm my booking together with my flight details for a pick up . When i called a day before leaving to confirm my flight arrival time i was told they had no booking and no car for me. What a let down , thankfully first car rental supplied a car and service was excellent from capetown int airport. Thanks Xavier for messing up my booking .</p> <p>Might be cheaper but not worth the risk.</p>
